Purchased a new LEAF from JS Holmes, easy from start to finish.
After my initial enquiry, I had a call from Tony, who took the time to ask what I was looking for, what I really needed, what I wanted to pay and part exchange. An emailed quote followed the next day.
At this point I was left alone, no hassle, no new offers from 'the manager' to push me into a sale..... (Bristol street motors and evans halshaw take note)
When I called them back to go ahead, everything was swift, simple and explained in full.
Delivery date sorted, delivered with a full battery, trailer delivery free of charge, professional handover in a covid secure way, documents explained and my old LEAF trailered away.
Private plates posted to me once V5c for old car received. All in all a great experience. Happily recommend to others.
Aftersales call for a Tyre Pressure sensor giving random and intermittent warnings. Given good advice on how to rectify myself and that if it didn't work to call back and they would arrange an appointment to fix.
Cant ask for more.

But as usual the *management* let the side down badly with their snotty attitude to the peasant masses. Nissan cars served by UK dealers have very poor servicing even from new. They give the impression once they have your money they would rather not see you again. Ignoring calls/emails etc. I wouldn't buy another one. I'd rather buy a new ford, and that is a real sacrifice these days!!! Mind you just search for the awful reviews on NISSAN as a company and its easy to see why their dealers treat customers like pests.
