Fantastic response to an emergency call out

We lost the upstairs lighting on a Sunday in my elderly mothers house. I tried several so called 24/7 services, who all gave very expensive quotes & none could come out immediatly or even that same day. James answered the phone personaly, listened to the problem & arrived within an hour. He then identified & resolved the problem & also helped by fitting a new light, all within an hour. He was couteous, knowledge & did a very professional job.
