Disappointing Experience with JR Firby Ltd
We recently purchased a Sprayranger 2500 sprayer from JR Firby Ltd, and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. While initially impressed by their prompt communication and apparent willingness to address concerns, the actual condition of the machine upon delivery fell far short of expectations.
Despite assurances about the sprayer's overall condition and functionality and being told and expecting it would need a day in the workshop to make it work ready, several undisclosed issues were discovered upon inspection, including significant problems with the machine's turbo and brakes. Attempts to resolve these issues with the seller proved inadequate, and we were left feeling dissatisfied with the outcome.
Overall, our experience with JR Firby Ltd has been disappointing, and I would caution others to thoroughly inspect any equipment in person. As in our case, online and phone descriptions fell well short of the actual equipment's condition.
