Great experience from start to finish. I've contacted JP Opticians to enquire about sunglasses I was interested. They answered all my questions promptly and with all information needed. Delivery took around 10 days, as advised, as they had to order item from Italy. But it was worth of waiting. Thank you very much!

Top drawer service, highly recommended. Ordered a replacement frame late monday afternoon as I had sat on my original pair, gave me a discount and posted by courier that day at no cost, so arrived tuesday. Have swapped lenses over and using them to write this review! Got me out of jail with my wife!!

These guys were offering such a great price for Oakley sunglasses that I was a bit nervous it was too good to be true. Needn’t have worried. Delivered securely, on time and a first-rate completely genuine item. And cheaper than some of the eBay second-hand prices.

Excellent online purchase of Tom Ford ladies sunglasses. Considerably cheaper than other retailers and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Got the Oakley sunglasses I was after for a great price and the customer service and quick dispatch to match.

Expected to wait a month for an order. Ordered a pair of sunglasses no prescription - website stated 5-7 days for delivery- once order was made this changed to 10 days. It’s been over 10 days now, nothing has arrived, I had to chase via email and now being told I would need to wait another 2-3 weeks?! Cancelled order but just wasted so much time. Going away this weekend and ordering from anywhere else means waiting another 5-6days which is too late. Very very frustrating. The correct delivery time should be stated on the website and if there is an issue I should have been made aware immediately! Just be aware that they are selling items they don’t have in stock.

I’m a bit picky with glasses, but having tried the Superdry Kaliko’s on locally I bought them online at J P Opticians and couldn’t be happier.

Ordered some sunglasses from JP, took a little over a week to arrive to me as it had to be ordered from their supplier in Italy. Item was packaged very well and communications were excellent over email and phone. I would recommend this company definitely.

However, make sure to ring/email JP before placing an order to make sure the item is either in stock and ready for immediate dispatch, or if they need to order it from Italy (so you know roughly how long it will take for delivery) Thanks JP!

Amazing product, super fast delivery, great communication

I bought a pair of single-vision Ray-Ban glasses that were ~60% cheaper from the high street shops. They arrived pretty fast (within two days) but came with a cosmetic defect. Then I got worried, but JP Optician's excellent customer service replaced them with a new pair quite quickly. Very happy with my purchase and the service. I will definitely use them again.

Absolutely amazing service,with genuine frames and lenses….was such a simple process that once I realised how trustworthy they were I ordered a second pair.

Really happy with my order. Price was a little cheaper than everywhere else which was what encouraged me to buy a pair of sunglasses online, something I'd never done. The sunglasses were perfect though and arrived within 3 days. Would definitely use them again.
