Waiting for delivery. Called up 3 times, each time someone said they will call us back and never did then had to send a email to get a response

Absolutely no communications or customer service. The desks we bought are good, but took forever to arrive and despite many calls and emails no status updates were obtained. They eventually arrived.

Bad bad customer service, wrong order, slow delivery. Terrible communication. Regretful purchase.

Your website advises 5 day delivery to metro areas. It's now been 2 weeks and my order is still yet to arrive. I have called 3 separate times to check on my order. The first 2 times I was told they would investigate and call me back. They didn't. It was only the third time I called the person(Rhee? or Rei? I can't recall her name) finally advised me that the order wasn't coming from your warehouse but from the supplier and was scheduled for delivery on the 24th. She also told me she would investigate and confirm this for me. She hasn't contacted me back.

We are very unhappy and frustrated with our experience. We have not received the correct item and have tried to contact the company to resolve this and have not had a response. I have tried to contact via email multiple times as well as 2 phone calls and using the contact form on the website.

It is very unprofessional not being able to contact someone as we would like to resolve this issue.

Is someone could please contact me as we would like to organise for the correct item to be delivered or a refund of the additional money we were charged.

I have had no real person contact during the purchase or delivery processes. Despite having sent contact requests asking when my item will be picked... or shipped.... or delivered.

Rubbish
Have waited for 2 weeks for delivery and nothing. Talk to staff and they say that they will get back to me but never do!

Ordered and paid for a chair 2 weeks ago.
Followed up yesterday to discover person handling my order 'left abruptly'

Still have not got a firm delivery date.

If I had not chased up I am wondering if my order would have disappeared into the ether. I have no evidence the order would have been fulfilled if I had not followed up.

Something wrong with their systems

Poor service. When you order something you don't expect it to take 4 weeks ro so.

I bought this stool for my daughter, who had used it and loved it at her school. I was happy with the price and service from JP Office Workstations, unfortunately the stool itself has a very hard cushion, so is uncomfortable and my daughter is not using it. If we had been able to try it out first we would not have bought it.

Really quick delivery - product as described - no issues.

good service. good common sense approach to delivery.

my purchases were made based on the information provided on the website, specifically, that the items would not require assembly. i intentionally avoided items where "assembly is required" were specified. to my disappointment, ALL the items i bought required assembly. how is that for misleading...??
also, where delivery was delayed, it was up to me to enquire when they would arrive; no prior notification from the company. how's that for customer service? i'd say none at all.
