Jon-Paul is knowledgeable and capable. He’s also very helpful and pleasant. What more could you ask? This was the second time that he helped me out and completed a tidy job in a single visit. Highly recommended.

John from JPD Installations fitted the Ml iTrack S5 Ulsmate tracker and immobiliser to my new Bailey Endurance campervan and I could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable and clearly takes real pride in his work.

He talked me through the system, explained how everything works and made sure I was comfortable using the app before he left. The installation itself was extremely tidy and discreet which is exactly what you want with security equipment.

It was also reassuring to see how methodical he was with testing and certification. Everything was set up properly and activated before he handed the vehicle back to me.

I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending John and JPD Installations to anyone looking for vehicle security or tracker installations. Excellent service and a genuinely nice person to deal with

Had a issue with our tracker, came ans met us on site to investigate, no messsing around. Faulty tracker so he re arranged someone to come to my house and replace it at a time that was convenient to me. Great service.

John was recommended to me by a trusted motorhome service provider to install an immobiliser. After a quick chat on the phone about the various options he arranged to come to my home a few days later to perform the installation. At no time did John try to sell me more expensive immobilier solutions but fitted the option that best suited my needs and budget. Jon-Paul arrived at the scheduled time and fitted the dash cam I had previously purchased on my drive. The service was excellent! He was extremely helpful and guided me through my ignorance. The job was completed in a couple of hours with the finish was perfect. The wires were neatly hidden away with no evidence of where the trim was removed to hide the wiring. I’m extremely happy with the results and would happily use them again. Highly recommended!

We had purchased a brand new Adamo 60-4 Motorhome, the insurance company required a tracker and alarm fitted, the dealer Pioneer Caravans of Eye recommended JPD.
We contacted Jon and he was extremely helpful in guiding us as to the best system for our vehicle.
He arranged for the fitting with Pioneer prior to us collecting the vehicle, he then contacted us and invoiced us accordingly.
He was very helpful when we took delivery of the vehicle helping us to sort a small problem that the dealer should have been able to sort.
Any emails, texts, were answered very swiftly.

Excellent service from this company who arrived on time and were very helpful in explaining the work he would be doing. I needed him to remove an alarm/tracker system from my caravan and his work was excellent. Refitted the system in our new caravan in a far better manner than it had originally been connected and explained where everything was and how to access it if required. Very tidy work and took pride in his workmanship. Would definitely recommend.

I recently brought a new car and decided to have a dash cam fitted, I looked for dash cam installers in Peterborough, after careful consideration and looking at other customers reviews I contacted JPD installations, Jon gave me advice about different dash cams, and I brought the dash cam myself and Jon came to my house and fitted it, very professionally fitted and talked me through how to use it, hardwired fitted and no cables hanging down, this is why I give a 5 star rating

They came on time got on with the job of putting front and rear cameras and left my car in good condition and explained the use of camera got on without any problems
