The plant I ordered has died so I won’t be ordering again it took a while to get here unfortunately

Super quality plants, well packaged. Would certainly order again

3 out of the 4 plants died within a couple of weeks of being planted. Really disappointed. Haven't ordered anything from them again gone back to my usual supplier who is more reliable.

I bought some nasturtium seeds of a variety that I do not have.

The nasturtium seeds I grow each year (seeds from my current plants) grow easily and quickly. However, the pack of nasturtium seeds I bought from J Parkers had a very poor germination rate which is very disappointing.

Ordered 60 mixed Gladioli bulbs (4x15 bulbs). Three of the four packets are all pink. Not even same pink/white as shown in the catalogue but a cheaper version. Of the remaining 15 there are two yellow and one deep pink (not as shown in catalogue). The suggestion from J Parkers is that those bulbs that are blind or did not flower are the mixed!!!

Good plants, prompt delivery. Kept informed because Parkers delayed despatch until the worst of the heatwave had passed.

Ordered 2 Hydrangea White Prince plants at a cost of £29.97 inc P&P (Order No. 23301701). Arrived in reasonable time and well packed, however, not impressed with the quality of the plants, very scraggly and sad looking, not good healthy examples at all. Popped into my local garden centre this morning and the similarly priced Hydrangea they have in stock are far supirior plants for a similar price when P&P is factored in.
Lesson learnt, won't be buying plants from J Parker again any time soon!!

Following an email to J Parkers, they promptly sent out two replacement plants. The new plants are significantly better than the originals.

very good packaged

Had done my homework before ordering the sort of Hosta I required. They were packed beautifully with no movement to the plants enroute and after a short 'rest' have planted out. They look in top condition.
What's not to like.

Came on time and good condition. Packaged well.

I have no complaints re the product or the service. The order arrived within the specified time and in good condition. I am happy overall with the experience and would recommend the company.

My Monada was very dry, shrivelled leaves and the flowers brown. Disappointing. The plant was 5 days in getting from you to me in the very hot weather. Is Evri the best delivery service to use? Plant was deeply watered and I hope will recover with care.

Everything went as planned a nice quality plant.
