Online Chat Support

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your customer support service. The online chat support experience has been extremely poor. For a single message or response, I have had to wait more than 20 minutes, making it very difficult to get assistance in a reasonable timeframe. This level of support is frustrating, especially when customers are trying to resolve urgent issues such as receiving a damaged product.

I strongly encourage you to review and improve your customer service response times so that customers can receive the support they need without excessive delays.

Cockroaches Found Inside Joybuy's Package

We have bought joybuy a few times, we found cockroaches inside of joybuy's package. We will not buy it again until Joybuy fix this issue. Last time we bought an air conditioning, and right after we found cockroaches at home; this time I physically saw a cockroach gets out of the package, and trying to skip away. The cockroach in the box is huge and almost 5 cm long plus the leg. Those kind of things are very hard to get away once they root at home. One delivery of Joybuy may ruin the whole building and our neighbors. Luckly the stuff we bought from joybuy is all frozen packaged goods. We really hope JD can investigate this issue, and let the public know what action has been done.
