A Very Cute and classy chick boutique
Popped into the Notting Hill branch customer service was amazing I was served by Eva today she was so lovely!! Helped me try on some trenches. The boutique caught my eye while walking past they have such cute and unique key pieces, modest as well as classy, just purchased a jacket I had tried on today in store I can’t wait for it to arrive! I have my eye on some other items I saw today so can’t wait to purchase more:)

- Return enquiry: Monday, May 23rd, 2023 (20 days from the day of delivery)

I love this brand
I love this brand. Found it at Portobello Road Market and I am now obsessed. Its a little weird that the discount codes aren't working properly, so I ended up with 10% instead of 15% off which is a bummer. But the clothing itself is decently priced for the unique style and quality. Order #5184320897272

Don't believe their 'Hassle free returns'
I am very disappointed with the customer service I've received from Jovonna so far. My items were ordered on April 15; the package took 10 days to arrive and it did not contain a returns form; and items were returned on May 2 a week after the package was received.
It is now May 14 - so a month has passed since purchase - I don't have the items any more, have not received the money back or any confirmation the refund was processed. Plus I ended up spending an extra £11 for the return.
The website says they offer 'Hassle free returns' but this could not be further from the truth. I've emailed many times, no answers; have been calling the returns phone number and no luck with that either. I returned something to Amazon on the same day (for free!) and got my money back within two days.
This is a £150 return! Where is my money? This is unacceptable.
