Website is easy to make and looks great but can’t believe that in 2025 they can’t support basic international payment methods like Apple Pay and google pay?! I need these for my website to look professional and easy to pay at checkout… Oh and I can’t use Mollie payment provider since I’m from Canada..

I've never encountered a company that is lacking in empathy as this one. The customer service experience was abysmal, with representatives not being empathetic or understanding.
Their system prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction, forcing you to pay upfront before accessing the service. The experience left a sour taste in my mouth
They'll take your money upfront without providing an option for refund if you want to opt out of their service.
I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this website. Use at your own peril!

Hi Johnson, thank you for your review. As we advised you via email, you weren't in fact forced to upgrade in order to use our service. We offer a free service, which is detailed on our website, where we also clearly indicate which features are available with that service.
Subscribing to our premium service is a detailed, multi-step process that's designed to make accidental upgrades impossible. Yours was also a company (B2B) account and therefore not eligible for refund in accordance with the terms and conditions you agreed to - and were given a direct link to - during initial sign-up.

Simple and easy to use. Great to have built in templates and not rely on external services like wordpress. Love that it’s a local Dutch company. The customer service is excellent. When i had trouble building my site they answered my question within leas than 24 hours in simple language that made me fix my mistake with ease. The email suggestions about making the site rank
Higher on search engines was useful and effective. The price for hosting is excellent.

No cooling off period plus support is rude
I wouldn’t totally recommend signing up for this company. They will lure you to get free trial then once you choose on Pro, you will not have the option to cancel or have a cooling off period. They will straight charge you and bug you with unpaid subscription emails. And when you reply and a rude support will face you! I have canceled the subscription right away! Not even trying to create a website. I have deleted my account after. BUT they will still charge you for the whole year!! No cooling off period!! It is so much better when you buy stuff because you can return it within 14 days if you decide you don’t want it. But with this company! They don’t have mercy only pure greed!

disappointed with Jouweb
I am extremely disappointed with Jouweb. Despite canceling my agreement with them, they still charged money from my bank account without providing any service. Two times charged 146 € even terminate my agreement.They publicly claim to offer solutions, but in reality, they act in bad faith by taking money even after termination of agreements. It’s shameful that they say one thing in public but do the opposite in private. Additionally, they do not respect the security of clients' banking information. People should be aware that their bank details may be at risk with this company
