what a scam

what a scam. I don't even know when I got charged for this subscription. I believe it was when I was trying to pay for a parking spot in Florida. you scan a QR code for the parking spot and fill out all your information before it redirects you to the right website where you have to fill everything out again. What a scam!!!! I hope Karma catches up with the scumbags behind this.

Capital One App???

Trying to download a Capital One app and somehow got directed to Juovo. Did not appreciate it. Juovo did cancel my subscription (via email) but as of this post have not seen the $1.25 credit.

Total scam

Total scam. I was buying airplane tickets. I had to fill out creditcard data and press “ continue “ . Only after that they showed it was not for buying tickets but for subscription to Jouvo. Luckily my credit card company texted me about a suspicious transaction. Now I have to get a new creditcard. Jouvo = criminal

They had an advertisement on a parking…

They had an advertisement on a parking lot website which looked like a link that should be used to book a parking ticket. After putting my credit cards details in, I saw that something was not right. I canceled right away after I was that this was hidden as a subscription! What a scam. They took so far $2. Hopefully that's it but if they do that with everyone who makes this mistake, they make good money. Hopefully they won't charge more than that. Thise people should be ashamed of their scam.

A continue button popped up when trying…

A continue button popped up when trying to get tickets on Vet-Tix and I thought it was part of the process. Gave them my credit card info and message came up that said it was not good info and to try another card. I’m sure they would have asked for every card in my wallet if I had not stopped. Now to wait and see what happens.

Scam

I had the exact same experience as the previous reviewer.
I went to order from a website and they had updated their entire site. The Jouvo ad was placed in such a way that I thought I was finalizing my order. I couldn't find any other button to finalize my order.
And I thought it was a service that site had begun to use to secure credit card transactions. Since the site was recently updated, I didn't realize it was an ad and not the real "continue" button.
When it didn't reroute me to the original site and I discovered my order wasn't placed, I realized my mistake and looked for reviews. I found an awful lot of fake-sounding reviews that I didn't trust.
And I was already receiving fraud alerts from my bank for a $14.84 charge with a bogus description.

Jouvo is a predatory ad scam

This company showed up as an ad on the Allegan County (MI) payment website. Its ad overwrote the web’s account creation button with its own. I was redirected to the jouvo.com site with a the county’s logo. I was not paying close attention; I filled out the Jouvo form (including debit card info). Only when I was redirected to the original website and had to re-do an enrollment form again did I realize my mistake. There is a $2.00 charge on my bank account. I’ve cancelled my debit card already, and was able to unsubscribe (wherein I saw my next payment for the “subscription” would be 12/22, three days after the initial $2 charge).

Don’t click any green “Activate” button, and watch carefully that the URL of your transaction page matches the vendor.
