It's one of the best sites for freelancers (especially writers) to build their portfolio sites.

Total spamming AI site that cuts you after 5 whole consecutive days of "non response" as people get busy. Then spams your email with "trial period over, please sign up to select a subscription" nonsense when I was never signed up to start with. Such a joke

Reached out to the "chat bot" but have yet to receive any valid "response" after 3 days now. Total joke.

I am updating this request again after seemingly being ghosted again for past 3 months. No explanation of supposed "violation" given, simply ignored and page wiped.

Can you please explain *the violation and why no attempt/communication for recourse was given?

Ignored consistently when I requested payment freeze (due to unexpected hardship due to near-fatal family emergency). Ignored consistently again when I got back on my feet a few months later. Got an immediate reply when I asked about new business from an alternative email address. I lost weeks of work including irreplaceable content. Recommend users back everything up. I'd happily have stayed for many more years had they taken the short amount of time required to pause my account.

Six months ago, I requested for the annual pro payment to be placed on hold due to financial hardship until I could pay, which is now. This was after paying for the platform for several years.

I'm happy to cover the lapsed six month period, if necessary.

I discovered journo portfolio after flipping through a couple of sites. Most sites where either to pricey or too hard to work on.

As an event planner my ability to showcase or rather compile an accessible portfolio really translates into bookings an sales. With journo portfolio I found that I could have an online portfolio up in a day.

The templates provided make editing and re-creating rather easy. I also liked how much I can personalize each page with embedded links. The upload speed is rather remarkabl,for me is the best as it means I can have an event today and have the work uploaded the very same day. The image quality after upload is also very crisp and clear which I had a problem with on another site I attempted to use.

Another interesting feature I loved is the feedback or insight dashboard. It allows you to see how many visitors you've had, when and where in the world they are. This means I can actually monitor of my portfolio is being viewed by then right people. It also does show if they visited from a mobile device or desktop computer.

It also has other nice features like hyperlinked buttons to send customers straight to your social pages such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

I started building my site on the laptop. I tried uploading from my cellphone and guess what!!! Worked Even faster. Most sites require that you edit them from a PC as most features are unavailable from the mobile version.

Overall I'm very pleased with the site. It makes doing it yourself look very easy. A member of the public would swear that the site is built by a professional. They literally have put the power in your hands. There really is a template for everyone.
