I love traveling but don’t really love the planning and admin side of it. They chose a country I wouldn’t have considered and it honestly was one of the best trips of my life! I felt like an explorer; spontaneous and young, without sleeping in a dubious hostel. I learned more about myself and my ability to go with the flow during the experience. Take the plunge! It’s worth it.

I booked with Journee with no knowledge of them. I didn't feel like planning another vacation. They sent me to Iceland. I probably wouldn't have selected Iceland on my own, but had a wonderful trip. I would definitely book with them again. I didn't provide a lot of information because I wanted to be open to the idea of going anywhere. If you like surprises and are willing to turn over control to someone else, book with Journee!

I recently returned from my first Journee trip and it definitely will not be my last. As a solo female traveler, I felt 100% safe during every aspect of the experience. The destination was amazing and all the excursions were perfect.
I loved not having to plan the trip and felt that the unknown just added to the excitement and anticipation.

I flew with Jet2 and it made the process very easy through security and a really comfortable flight. Hotel was absolutely amazing I loved it, very comfortable, staff friendly and gorgeous spa. Excursions were well organised and I had support from journee when my taxi to an excursion got stuck in traffic. I felt I had someone on hand if I needed. A really enjoyable holiday, tailored to my requirements without me having to scroll scroll scroll for hours trying to figure out the best deals, look at reviews for hotels, excursions, research the place I am visiting etc. It just takes all of the hassle out of trying to decide where to go and what to do. I had an amazing holiday and I am already booked to go again with Journee.

We are just back from our second Journee, the first brilliant experience was not a fluke, our second trip was even better!

We had the best time in a location we would never have chosen; it had a super mix of history, sea, adventure and nature. The place we visited was beautiful and the ice-cream was delicious! We felt incredibly well matched with our questionnaire answers, deliberately choosing a different style of Journee to the previous one. They really do match you to your preferred trip style, there is a Journee trip out there for everyone. The clues make it fun keeps everyone guessing. The planning was totally taken care of even when we had to change our dates, this is the ultimate stress free way to travel. Trust the process and do it!

Everything was perfect in the end. I had wonderful communications between journee and the groups they teamed up with to make my experience great. I'm from a very rural area so the experience of a big city was a little overwhelming. However the journee team was quick to help me get checked into my room with their advice and guidance. My experiences was perfect for my interest. I dont travel much out of the USA so to have someone plan a trip for me was wonderful. The guidebook I received was perfect. Maybe next time include pictures of the B&B or hotel. My phone did not have service when I first landed. So to use my translator and Google was a bit hectic. After I got over my first several hours, I had calmed down. My friend i got the idea for this trip gave me wonderful advice to go to a particular point and work my way around helped more than she could ever know. After I got out and explored the city square I felt a lot of relief. By the 3rd day I was considering relocating. Everything was perfect for me. I will be doing this again.

Our Journee trip was absolutely fantastic. Could not have been easier to get everything sorted, and the excursions that were planned for us were so much fun, got to experience Porto as if we were locals. I can’t recommend Journee enough and I genuinely can’t wait to do it again!

Things have been insanely busy at work and, as much at I needed an adventure, I'd just not had time to plan anything. I'd seen Journee all over my Instagram and had heard of one person who had been on a Journee, so decided to give it a try.

The 'bucket list' feature was what sealed the deal for me. I didn't want to be sent to somewhere I'd already been or be disappointed, so I picked six countries I'd not visited but would be excited to see, so I knew I'd be happy no matter what.

To limit the time I spent on planning and not be too distracted from work, I didn't cheat and waited until I was at the airport to find my destination. I was off to Sofia!

The whole trip went very smoothly. I was impressed by all the little details like a shared Google Map with recommended restaurants all across the city so you never had to do any research on your own if you didn't want to. The printed, personalised guidebook of all the places I'd see was fun to read on the plane and it even told me which app to use instead of Uber so I could download it in the airport.

The trip was smooth and fun with good accommodation and high quality excursions that I would have picked myself. I appreciated the team's responsiveness on WhatsApp, which was very helpful.

The whole trip was perfect for a low-risk, fun, safe, solo holiday. I would probably want more control if I was off on a dream trip of a lifetime, but for a fun trip away it was a really great way to travel. All of my friends and colleagues were excited to find out where I'd been. I'll definitely book with Journee again!

I loved the mystery of not knowing where I was going, I do wish I was better prepared but I had am amazing time on my trip.

The experiences were top-notch. The accommodations were definitely spot on and beautifully matched to my taste. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially for traveling on my own.

Journee took all the stress and scariness out of my vacation! This was my first time ever traveling abroad and traveling solo. The hotel they picked for me was in a safe location with beautiful views. I ended up meeting an amazing group of people at one of the activities they planned for me and spent the rest of the vacation exploring with them! They handled everything and all I had to do was sit back and relax! I just got back from Greece and I’m already preparing for my next vacation with journee! I definitely recommend!

I feel like Journee does a make a great job of creating an experience, versus a simple trip. The company pushes me to do more and varied things than I typically would on my own, and it slowly builds the anticipation. I often recommend it to my adventurous friends or to those who have gotten into a holiday rut.

I recently took a trip to Greece booked through Journee, and it was curated perfectly with activities I truly enjoy. From the initial questionnaire and proposal, to the pre-trip clues and final packet with my destination, flight, and itinerary details the whole experience was completely safe, stress-free with no hiccups. Take the chance and just do it!

Loved it all. The hints before hand, the tours they arranged for us, not being in any large groups, the free time, both rooms we stayed in were clean-large and well managed. The destination was someplace that was never on our radar and it was amazing.

Our Journee trip to Catalonia was everything we hoped for and more. Our one day stay in Barcelona was too short. But!!! The hotel location gave us a chance to make the best of our time there. And the trip to Montserrat was incredible. History, geology, theology everything for the curious mind. On to Girona for a small city with a big history. We were there a few days before and during their ginormous flower festival. So much to see. We will definitely do another Journee trip again.

My partner and I went away for 5 days as a birthday gift to me this year, and it was so wonderful to experience so many new activities and see places that are completely the opposite to what we have at home.

Journee did a fantastic job with booking our flights (we even got speedy boarding), arranging travel to and from the airport, and ensuring our accommodation was close enough to the town centre to easily access the local hotspots for food!

Will definitely use Journee again :)

Such an amazing trip! As a solo female traveler, I felt safe traveling to Croatia & Bosnia. My trip was flawless, accommodation was great, and the trip was hand down so great. The itinerary was great with no hiccups. Will definitely plan another journee trip!
