I don't recommend this company at all. I ordered the iPhone 12 in July 7 and it hasn't been delivered even now. They respond on WhatsApp but their responses are not clear. I think they keep on delaying you by promising you that they will deliver soon so that you can run out of the legal time to make a dispute with your bank. I am really disappointed. This is more of a scam than business, they don't provide any tracking information or the exact delivery dates. They just respond vaguely. I ordered a phone that was available but it never arrived.

I ordered thinking they will deliver maximum in 1 week because there was nothing mentioned indeed there was mentioned a delivery option of 24 hours for extra 5 euros. And I chose it but after 2 months neither did I got my order neither the money back. I did everything they ask but still they are not refunding my money. I sent them pec and everything but still they say your pratica is open. I don’t know what that means but one thing is for sure ( so many bad costumer reviews and experiences are the sign that don’t ever buy anything from here

Order placed in july 2024 and never completed. After 2 months of waiting I received a broken iphone, sent it back and never got a new one or a refund, there is no way to contact them, only though whatsapp which they don't answer. there are plenty other websites where you can buy a refurbished phone but this one is just a scam

Horrible, very horrible. I ordered a mobile, 3weeks later I cancelled it, because they are not replying my message. But they still charging from my account not replying my message. Scammer. I'm going to complain against this scammer

Deplorable customer care and no information at all 1 month after ordering. Tried to contact all numbers and chats every day. It ended up cancelling the order opening a claim via Paypal. Finally I got reimbursed. What a waste of time and what frustration!

My husband ordered an iPhone 14 for me on May 19 (48872) to replace a broken phone. Joojea initially auto-emailed saying it’s on back order can vary between 3 & 20 working days - up to a month - which seemed very slow. After no update he followed them a week later to get an estimate and got a standard “Hi, your order is being processed. We will keep you updated. We are working to get it out as soon as possible.” It’s now June 25th no updates have come and 13 requests for an ETA or update including offering to accept any phone colour. No response to the majority and no meaningful information has been received yet. When you’ve spent €989 and can’t cancel it’s hard to have another option. I feel obliged to report this on TrustPilot to tell others as it’s anything but Trustworthy. Poorly organised company that can’t tell a consumer what’s going on or give a time estimate like it’s been ordered, it’s on its way… it’s the radio silence that’s the worst 🤪

Stiamo lavorando per farlo uscire il prima possibile”. È il 25 giugno e non sono arrivati ​​aggiornamenti e 13 richieste per un ETA o un aggiornamento inclusa l'offerta di accettare qualsiasi colore del telefono. Nessuna risposta alla maggioranza e nessuna informazione significativa è stata ancora ricevuta. Quando hai speso € 1000 e non puoi annullare l'abbonamento è difficile avere un'altra opzione, ma mi sento obbligato a segnalarlo su TrustPilot per dirlo agli altri perché è tutt'altro che affidabile. Compagnia mal organizzata, diteci semplicemente cosa sta succedendo, è stato ordinato, sta arrivando... il silenzio radio è la cosa peggiore.

They did not have my phone in stock and I had to leave the country for work for three months. It took them nearly a month to find a phone and ship it. They refused to cancel the order. I had to have it shipped to a friend for safe keeping. So I am away from home and using my old broken phone. I wouldn’t recommend buying from these people ever. At this point I can’t comment on the quality of my top quality phone because it is sitting unopened at a drop off location awaiting my friend’s pick up.

Non avevano il mio telefono in magazzino e ho dovuto lasciare il paese per lavoro per tre mesi. Ci è voluto quasi un mese per trovare un telefono e spedirlo. Si sono rifiutati di annullare l'ordine. Ho dovuto farlo spedire a un amico per tenerlo al sicuro. Quindi sono lontano da casa e sto usando il mio vecchio telefono rotto. Non consiglierei mai di comprare da queste persone. A questo punto non posso commentare la qualità del mio telefono di alta qualità perché è seduto non aperto in un luogo di consegna in attesa che il mio amico lo prenda.

It was just an iphone 13 and it is super late.
