Poor returns and refund process
I placed an order on 21 September 2026, which was not delivered by Evri until 2 October. I returned the shoes on 3 October, but no acknowledgement of receipt was ever received from Evri or Jones Bootmaker.
I chased the refund on 12 October and was asked to wait until 14 days from the date of return had passed ie. 17 October.
No refund was received so I chased again on 28 October when a refund was finally processed, but could take 10 days to reach my account.
Since following up, Jones’ help desk have been polite, helpful and responsive, but I cannot help wondering if I would ever have been refunded if I had not followed up myself. Very disappointing.

Walking on air
A pair of black formal Jones shoes that I bought 25 years ago are still by far the most comfortable in my wardrobe. So with an upcoming city break next week I needed a pair of really comfy trainers for the inevitable street pounding but hadn't initially considered Jones.
My pair of Salvi in Tan arrived next day, have the most amazing cushioned inner soles that I associate with Jones and will be perfect. Also formal enough for evening wear. Great attention to detail with the packaging that I've never seen elsewhere.
