Still about order LS19324580 - the mess keeps going
Still about my order. LS19324580. Now more than 1 week on, no delivery, Jolyrrom keeps me pushing to sort it with the delivery company (that they use). So I did their work… called Dansk Fragtmænd, who was amazing and helped me to find the shipment despite the fact that they told me three times that Jollyroom should be the one dealing with them.
Anyway… my shipment went back to Jolyroom (who has no clue). Why? It was sent to my house without notice, contradicting the standard agreement I have with Postnord, which is: NO NEED SIGNATURE TO RECEIVE PARCELS, like every normal household.
Meanwhile… I got another ridiculous email from Jolyrrom providing me confusing and outdated information about my order.
So, again… what a mess… it happens, but the whole issue is the amateur CS of Jolyroom. So let me try to help them: Dansk Fragtmænd told me on the phone that they have sent the shipment back to you and YOU (you, not me, you) need to take action (FYI, new number, Fa948770 fragtbrevsnummer). They confirmed again that YOU should be the one managing this issue with them and not me.
I kindly ask my delivery here in 48hs or a full refund, otherwise I will file a wire fraud (product not delivered, complaint ignored) complaint with my bank about the payment.
