Faktura incorrect, useless customer service
I ordered products for above 1500 SEK and hence no shipping cost was added. I confirmed the order with the correct total cost and chose to pay by faktura. When I then received the confirmation email, the total value was higher than when I confirmed it. I contacted customer service and they told me there had been a bug in the system and that this will be fixed. I just had to contact them again after the order was shipped.
Which I did and they told me they would of course fix it right away, and the faktura would get updated within a few days. It still hasn't been fixed a couple of weeks later.
I have contacted them again, but with only 2 days until I have to pay it I am not hopeful.
Not a huge amount, but this is just not okay!!

Jollyroom fined me 299 SEK
Our whole family was very ill and I was unable to pick up the parcel on time. After the return, I was deducted 299SEK.

The fee is something that we deduct if a packages isn't picked up from postnord after 7 days from it's arrival to the postnord service station.
This is to cover all handling and shipping costs incurred by us when placing an order if the package is not picked up. More information about this can be found in our conditions of purchase "köpvillkor", on our website.
If you want to return a parcel or are unable to pick it up, we always appreciate if you contact our customer service where they will help in theese kind of matters.
I sincerely hope that you and your family are feeling better and maybe this explanation makes it mote clear of why a deduction of 299 kr was made.

Charging 99 kr for a return when…
Charging 99 kr for a return when product is bad quality…. The should have offered to return to the store for free but no information about it on their website. When I called the store the phoneline is disconnected….. it costed me 99 kr to receive and return a poor quality product.

The worst return process
Fine enough selection, but awful return process. First, you have to contact customer service so they can generate a return slip, at a cost of 49kr. Then, you pay a return fee of 99kr. So, I paid 149kr for returning a completely unopened product (as I ordered the wrong thing by mistake), and I had to jump through a stupid amount of hoops to get to that point. Dreadful return process. Won't buy again, purely because of this inflexibility.

I don't have enough information here to find your order, but it seems like there's been a misunderstanding, since what you're describing isn't correct.
In many orders we send a return slip in the package, so that the customer doesn't have to contact us for that. But for bigger products, the customer may contact us and we send it on email. The customer only pays one return fee though, and there's no fee for generating the return slip.
