Absolute scammers I placed a order via ubereats within 2 minutes realised the address was incorrect didnt have the option to change address contact support only option was to cancel I pressed yes and it still charged me full amount saying the restaurant accepted the order but it wasnt cooked as i cancelled within like 3 mins but still i got charged full amount without any food being delivered tried contacting support no response no phone line absolute scammers I need my refund no way of contacting jollibee they won't answer my phone call

I feel sorry for some customers who left unsatisfactory feedback :(
I visited Jollibee Leicester City about 4x. ( I live In Northampton, so its quite far just to go for a burger!) But distance doesn't matter if you are missing something that connects you to your childhood days!
Anyway, always happy with my order especially Spicy Chicken Burger and Peach and Mango Pie! :)
For me its 5 star, so far.

Spicy chicken burger and chips and gravy is unreal !!

I would give them minus 4 stars holding back one because the Asian Ginger Sauce is really good even though most of the time the minuscule amount that they put in the small cups is spilled out because they have not put the lid on properly so it just adds to the extremely poor service. The most annoying thing is waiting for your delivery sometimes for an hour or so only for the order to be cancelled without any explanation. This is a frequent issue and Ubers response “is sometimes these things happen” if Uber knows that this company doesn’t give good service why do they let them on their platform. Today I waited 1hour&45 minutes for our meal to arrive with frequent updates saying that the delivery is just 14-8 minutes away and then the delivery person waited in one area on route for more than 10 minutes for our meal to arrived with one portion of food missing and the food on arrival appeared to be tampered with. I can only express that we were deeply disappointed and will not order from this Miserable restaurant ever again. Jollibee indeed more like awful joyless Jollymess. 😣

Unfortunately, I was let down by the smaller size, inadequate portions, and terrible taste. The chicken lacked the expected crispy juiciness, being excessively dry.

i ordered rice bowl. the first time i had was absolutely amazing but for the past 2 time i ordered from uber they’ve put too much sauce in it so hardly get the taste of entire food. this could be better if they either increase rice portion or put less sauce accordingly

Total waste of money, overpriced. Cold fries, unrecognisable pieces of chicken. Watered down drinks. If you are looking for pasta take away, expensive for what you receive, but it ticks the box.

I don't eat fast food this much around this year, as I am transitioning to healthy foods. However, I tried to eat at the Jollibee once again just to feel the nostalgia. Unfortunately, the taste isn't the same anymore. It is sad for me to taste the chicken that I once grew up with lose its quality. Maybe it's because of inflation, but it's heartbreaking for me that I once enjoyed it as a kid.

My wife and I were at meadowhall in Sheffield and decided to try jollibee for the first time. Overall we were both very disappointed and would not return. The beef burger meal was dreadful. The burger is so small and the patty so thin that we first thought that they had mistaken our order and given us something from the kids menu. The coke did not taste like coke. It tasted very diluted and flat. The mini loaded fries upgrade are an absolute joke and is extremely poor value for money. Suffice to say this was the first and last time going to jollibees or should I say sadbees.

I was so excited to try Jollibee and was disappointed. The service was fine as was the wait time. I bought a three piece Jolly chicken deal to takeway. I did not open the box but to my surprise I got two wings and the bony back part of the chicken. This was unacceptable. Even the random fried chicken shops give better pieces. I am not a wing fan and there was no option to choose my pieces. The chicken itself was okay but not splendid.
Not again for me.

The food is good the environment is clean but need to improve the service when is busy we have to wait 1 hour to get our order.

I am not an expert on fried chicken but I know when it's under cooked or reheated the next day! The batter was still raw when I had mine and it has been very inconsistent. I had a 3-piece meal and the fried chickens taste different from each other. Chickenjoy used to bring joy but this is just an embarrassment folks. Get your things sorted out or I will be one of your many customers who won't be coming back.

Hired a bunch of kids to do the job. They don't care customer waiting. Work extremely slow. Not taking order over the counter. Only self order over the machine. Customers waiting impatiently for orders and they chat happily. Waited for 15 minutes and found out that they forgot my orders. Had to wait for another 10 minutes for my order not even an apology. Can you just hire staff who are more professional? Worst restaurant experience EVER!!!

Jollibee Earls court has a very slow service. You will receive your orders from 30 mins and beyond. They'll prioritize Uber, Just Eat etc orders

So many companies around the world are eradicating cages. Why won't Jollibee do its part and stop lagging behind many of your competitors when it comes to the treatment of animals?

Very deceiving! I place an order of a bucket meal of 8 pcs and when I get is mixed of old new fried chicken inside disgusting.They can poison people if they doing this every time. Need to be consistent in everything they do.To be honest thier food is great but luck of consistency sometimes.Staff need to know and training about HACCP
