I am using this tool since 2013.
Yes, it's optics are old school - but man, is it reliable!
It simply does it's job! There's a range of templates to arrange your collection of confidential information - adaptable to your needs.
And best of all: it stays within your home range. You synch via your local WiFi connection between your devices - and not into an unknown cloud service.
Recommended it to many of my friends who were convinced, too - despite the antique optics.

simple and flexible; reliable way to store all information that you want at your finger tips, including medical info, inventories, passwords and links, dates of transactions, histories of changes to data, old and new contact info; does not store photos or attachments and that would be on my wish list for upgrades. I've been using it for 10+ years so it now holds my whole world.

I've been using this app for a decade or more. It helps me to stay on top of all the data of my life. Anywhere I go, at least one of my data devices are with me. So, wherever I go, I can answer any question the world throws at me without panic. Besides passwords, these template files provide appropriate space to include inventory in storage unit and serial numbers of any object that I own. Frequently, purchase dates, warrantee, the rep I last spoke to, medications that I take (including dosages), imported data numbers from ancient csv files, and other antiquated snips of data. Occasionally, I discover that I omitted something, and I kick myself. Can't blame the app; it never failed me.

I have been using B-Folders for several years and prefer it over most password managers because nothing is kept in the cloud. Let me repeat that, NOTHING is kept in the cloud! That means, there is nothing to be stolen or hacked on some company server; the database only resides on your devices. You can updated the database on any Windows or Android device then synced via wi-fi with your other devices. It doesn't matter which one you update on; B-Folders makes sure the newest information is synced. I haven't lost one bit of data or had any sync problems, every. You can use a simple copy paste of passwords to web or apps or set up auto fill-in. What's more, B-folders can clear the copied information from the clipboard in a specified amount of time; I have it clear in two minutes. Likewise, I've set the database to lock automatically after a specified amount of time.

Jointlogic came out with B-folders, a great program that can secure your passwords on Android devices and sync with your laptop. It is very easy to use and offers a nice GUI.

I wish they do an iPhone version but it seems that it is not in the planning just yet.

What I enjoy the most is the synchronization does not have to deal with cloud or across the internet, it is all within your office\house network.
