Beware of the Female Assistant
Ordered, paid for item & awaited delivery. Item posted through wrong door & was not returned to me. Phoned up to discuss this to be told, "I'm having a really stressful day" by female member of staff. When I tried, again, to discuss the issue, the same member of staff started shouting at me. Anyways, manager rang me back & the matter was resolved calmly & satisfactorily. Moral of the story, beware of this assistant, who is clearly unsuited to customer service.

Excellent very pleased went on holiday at Newquay is summer went into Johnny's tobacconist great help people so kind now home made order to very onest people will always use them great selection of products they no there stuff for sure there willing to go that extra mile for you make you feel like there only customer I'm very happy all around with everything keep the great work up never walked into a shop and felt so comfortable.

Got myself some very nice cigars
Got myself some very nice cigars from this shop with help from a knowledgeable gentleman that knows his stuff. The shop has a fantastic selection and a great feel about it. One of only a handful of proper tobacconist left but not the only reason I will be a repeat customer with this one. Highly recommended 👌
