I had a very disappointing experience with JoggAI. I purchased the lip-sync feature expecting it to work properly, but even after multiple attempts, the videos never rendered. I tried around 10 times with different scripts and kept getting failures or messages saying video generation was experiencing high demand and to try again later. This made the paid feature completely unusable for me.

What made the experience worse was that I had already paid, spent a lot of time retrying, and still got no usable result. A customer should not have to keep guessing whether a paid service will work. There also appeared to be no timely customer support or proper resolution when the issue happened. Overall, this felt like a waste of money and time. JoggAI should improve server reliability, ensure paid features actually function, and provide faster support when customers face repeated failures.

The best software of this kind. I also have an active Heygen subscription, but I always use JoggAI because it’s much easier and faster to use, and I get better results

0 stars would be better. Same company as Faceswapper and same interface. Another American company with misleading marketing. This product is not free and requires registration. It is like Trump. It's like Trump. Fake and untrustworthy.

"JoggAI" advertises that it's "completely free to use!". However, it is not free at all. False advertisement.

Very disappointed with this company. Extremely poor customer service and misleading pricing.

I subscribed for $50, expecting it to cover video creation as advertised. However, when I tried to make a video, I was suddenly asked to buy additional credits. This was not clearly explained upfront. If the $50 does not actually cover making videos, then this should be stated clearly before people subscribe.

I contacted customer support to get clarification. No response for three days. I then tried live chat on their website — no response there either.

I do not recommend this service. If you run into any issue or need support, don’t expect them to reply. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.

I will be cancelling my subscription and finding a more honest and transparent alternative.

I believe in fairness—and in updating reviews positively when a company makes genuine improvements.

I originally left a 1-star review for Jogg AI, but recently they’ve listened to some feedback and added third-party tools like Kling 2.6 and PixVerse. —so I appreciate that they’ve been making real updates. I upgraded the review to 3 stars now. But improvements still need to be made

That said, I haven’t given five stars yet because the lip sync still needs improvement. I’d also love to see additional models added, including Kling 01, Kling Motion Control, and Seedance 1.5 Pro, and at least veo 3.1 fast since veo 3.1 fast is cheaper than the premium version for these reasons:

Kling 01: Edits video similarly to how Nano Banana edits images.

Kling Motion Control: A performance-capture model—upload your performance, and it transfers the motion to your avatar image.

Seedance 1.5 Pro: Currently the best image-to-video and text-to-video model, with native audio and the best lip sync I’ve seen—better even than Veo 3.1.

Veo 3.1 fast - a cheaper version of veo 3.1, other ltds have this, and its not expensive so you all should at least add this since its a cheaper version compared to premium.

If Jogg AI continues making meaningful updates, I think you’ll earn back more of the community’s trust. Thanks for listening to feedback and improving.

They will take your money and delete your username

Please DO NOT waster your time or your money with this. I paid for a subscription and cancelled within a day. The videos were not up to standard although I put in detailed prompts. You also lose credits when you regenerate videos and edit them. I asked for a refund and they said no. I only used it for a day and there’s no option to get those credits back. This is just a money grab for these people.

It’s a scam, they keep trying to send unauthorised charges even though I opened a new bank account that they somehow breached

I am currently reviewing over 50 AI photo tools on my YouTube channel. I was not goingto add this company to my reviews as I wrote them as support back in June and told them to cancel as I was havign issues logging to stripe. Mailbox error, so I then cancelled via their stripe link and send them a direct email at jogg.ai. no reply. very unprofessional company that offers NOTHING on their website to directly cancel. I request refunds for all months i Never used ebcause their service is very poor and slow. Interesting to see their response. Also I see theyre in Singapore which has strict rules about how customers are treated online.

My experience using JoggAI for creation has been quite good. In the process of creating avatars, it can generate different scene styles based on a determined image, which is very helpful for maintaining the consistency of a series. Additionally, when adding video materials, you can use their official website's text & photo to video feature. These functions can enrich the visual content of the video to a certain extent. My favorite features are the VFX function they launched recently and the current AvatarX model. These two models can provide more creativity. Indeed, the VFX offers a prompt module. By inputting your desired prompt words, you can achieve better results. Maybe you can create a short VFX film with your own creativity. There are also some tips to share about the singing function of AvatarX. When uploading songs, make sure the vocals are clear. Sometimes, you can use the music after vocal separation for lip-syncing. As a tool for creating virtual avatars, JoggAI's experience is definitely worth a five-star rating.

I used joggai talking photo feature to create fun videos for my social media. It definitely rocks! Unlike other platforms, joggai creates ultra realistic motions with emotions! Love this feature to animate my photos with different feelings! Not robotic at all.

Where do I even start with Jogg AI? I purchase this a while back on AppSumo and spent nearly $450. I had a good feeling about this product but it went downhill quickly!

Here are some highlights of my journey with this terrible platform:

- Trying to get a professional avatar that actually has their lips synced and does not jigger or rapidly move is almost impossible. The platform is for making an avatar but it does not really produce anything worth it!

- Support is available on Discord but if you criticise or say anything negative about their product then they ban you.

- They failed to keep their promise for AppSumo users by implementing weekly limits, credits need for emotions.

- Do not believe the hype for their Avatar X new model. It is not much different to their previous models. There are still issues with lipsync, head movement, choking effect and jutters.

- I have never seen a professional avatar video from other where they have produced something useable.

- I cannot count how many times that videos have not generated and got stuck on 99% then failed.

- The founder does live sessions each month and he gets quite angry or ignores any questions or feedback he does not like.

Do yourself a favour, shop around and there are better product out there to generate avatars.

This company does not honor its agreements. Many of us purchased the lifetime deal, where Tiers 3 and 4 promised unlimited usage for video creation and avatar creation. Suddenly, they decided to kick early supporters to the curb by introducing usage limits—turning both emotion avatar creation and video creation into a credit-based system, while also imposing weekly limits.

This is clearly a scam against LTD users. If they can’t even keep their promises to the very users who spent money to support them, and they keep changing the rules to suit themselves, imagine how trustworthy this company really is. I do not recommend them now, because changing agreements to your own advantage while penalizing those who invested in your business is truly DESPICABLE. I can’t create a video. It’s been stuck at 09/01 since 13:04, with a queued talking photo avatar for an entire day, and I can’t create any other videos. Why limit us to one video at a time? This is not acceptable. It was supposed to be unlimited through AppSumo, but now you’ve completely changed the deal. You scammed us. One video at a time is unbelievable, and with a blocked video, I can’t even use the app. Congrats! Thanks, thanks, thanks. One full day for a single video, I can’t create others, and now with usage limits—this is a SCAM!

They also ban you from their Discord channel if you ask why they are not respecting the original terms. They have banned several people who asked them to honor the agreements. A classic fascist method to silence people and pretend everything is fine. Truly impressive — silencing the very people who invested in you and are simply asking questions perfectly shows what kind of company you are.

Jogg.ai is an innovative platform and while it has few teething problems, as a Creator subscriber, I find the platform very accomplished and reliable. Being at the cutting edge of AI technology It has occasional glitches which is to be expected. I don't have experience of Jogg's user support as I haven't needed it, therefore I can't comment one way or the other. Beyond that, my experience has been a great one as Jogg AI does everything from podcast scripting to generation. Highly recommended.

Great avatars but terrible service — completely unreliable. Sudden changes to the interface and core features overnight, no consideration for user needs, and frequent subpar outputs that are unacceptable for a paid platform, with no refund options. Support is slow and ineffective. A real shame. I had believed in it.

Good tool to make ads or other promotional ai video's. They have new updates very often with new things

I have sent multiple messages to support with no response. This is very frustration. I keep wasting my credit just attempting to generate videos that will synce properly to the audio, but the output is bad and getting worse. The lip mevement is not in sync with the audio and the video keeps flashing randomly. I have reched out to the support team but they are not responding to my emails or addressing the problem.

Jogg.ai stands out as an excellent video content creation tool. The platform delivers outstanding audio and visual quality, with very innovative tools makes using it easy and . Jogg.ai’s features and seamless performance make it, without question, the number one choice for video content creation.

There are so many features, the photo-to-talking avatar feature stands out as particularly outstanding. The team’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation is clearly evident.

My experience with Jogg.ai has been nothing but a 5/5. I say try it and you will not be disappointed.

I recently used JoqqAI to generate podcasts. While the label clearly promised a delivery time of about 3 minutes, my files took over three days to process. As a paying user, this experience left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and a bit mistrustful.

My feelings arise because I deeply value clarity, reliability, and respect for customers’ time. I also have a need for fairness and acknowledgment when expectations are not met.

When I reached out to customer support to request a gesture of goodwill—like complimentary credits—I was informed that no compensation was possible. While I appreciate the polite tone of the response, this further contributed to my sense of discouragement and being undervalued as a customer.

I sincerely hope the team will consider updating delivery estimates on the platform to reflect reality more accurately and explore ways to repair trust when service promises are not kept.
