We had our kitchen done by Joe's Doors…
We had our kitchen done by Joe's Doors and overall we're thrilled with the result.
Full disclosure - the initial sales visit felt like a bit of a hard sell ("price goes up tomorrow" pressure), but we were happy with what we were told. Things got much better from there: the surveyor who came to measure up was brilliant and reassuring, clarifying a few things the salesman had told us differently.
After reading some worrying reviews online, we called and spoke to Rhian, who talked us through everything, calmed our nerves, and stayed in touch throughout - always responsive by email and phone.
They'd originally planned to deliver everything earlier, but since we didn't want the doors and other items stored in the house for weeks, they happily moved the delivery to a week before the fit - which we really appreciated. We checked everything off as soon as it arrived and it was all in perfect condition.
Our fitter, Mark, was outstanding. He arrived at 8:30am each day and didn't stop working until gone 10:30pm, three days straight as promised, barely pausing for lunch - we practically had to insist he stop and eat. Not only was his work excellent, he was pleasant throughout and nothing was too much trouble. He treated our home like his own and talked us through every step. He also mentioned that if anything had been damaged, he'd have phoned it in and sorted a replacement quickly - thankfully we never needed to test that, as everything was spot on.
Claire was on hand throughout the installation and gave us a follow-up call afterwards to check we were happy - a nice touch.
Yes, phone lines can be busy sometimes, but that's understandable for a company this size, not a sign of poor service.
The finished kitchen - quartz worktop, splashback, new cupboard doors and sink - looks incredible. Friends and family can't believe the transformation. Huge thanks to Mark, Claire and Rhian especially. Happy to share photos with anyone who wants to see the results.
Five stars, no hesitation.
Poor customer service
Haven't had the kitchen fitters in yet but the the customer service department is a joke. Been sent Email asking for payment I don't need to make. Then a text message again asking for payment I don't need to make. You call customer service and just get told sent by mistake. Reading some other people problems I hope the actual kitchen fitting is better that what I have experience so far.

Excellent service
Excellent service , Carwyn arrived early and got straight on with the job. Highly recommend this company. The whole experience was great from the planning right through to completion.
Doors and drawer fronts installation
From initial visit to installation everything was excellent. We were kept fully informed at each stage and timetables were kept. Steve did an excellent job of the installation, we are very pleased

Top quality materials and staff including installation fitters
Excellent job, very pleased.
Really pleased with the job that Joe’s Doors have done for us. Very reasonable price in comparison to their competitors but can’t imagine that the end result could be any better. It’s like a brand new kitchen. The fitter Sam in particular was excellent. Reassuring to know that they have an aftercare support service if needed. Highly recommended.
Unprofessional after sales
Kitchen installation carried out 2nd March,I contacted the company on 5th March with photographs of the tall end panel with flaws on front edge.
5 months later and 3 panels later the job was finally completed.
The customer service team most definitely needs extensive restraining on how to communicate with their customers.
After dealing with 6 different people in the after sales team depending on when they would answer the phone or reply to one of my multiple emails my complaint was finally completed.
I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone looking for a kitchen refurb.
So disappointed
Very pleased.
It’s taken longer than expected for a door to be replaced due to slight damage. However, the communication has been great & staff incredibly helpful. I love my new, updated kitchen, everything from my initial enquiry through to the ultimate finish has been dealt with professionally. I also had new wardrobe doors fitted & these have updated the look without having to take out a 40yr old fitted wardrobe! Very pleased.
Great product fantastic fitter
We are delighted with our new worktops which has given our kitchen a complete makeover. It is fabulous what a change and very good value a worthwhile investment. Jake the fitter was so professional and did such a good job with great attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Cleaned up all the mess.

OUTRAGEOUS exploitation of older people
I could not write a lower review of this company or the trails of the companies that flaunt under its banner attempting to disguise themselves in a web of deception and outright, blatant and unapologetic bullying of our cherished older generation!
this company not only falsified the details of a proposed sale to my 88 year old mother but refused to leave her house until she signed an agreement and commitment to £3000 of spend! - I am calling out the salesman and ALL of the customer services team who i had the unpleasant experience of attempting to deal with! i have seen pressure sales in many shapes and to say my mother was completely ripped off is only the very start of this story! slopey shoulders and complete derogation of everything that is humane is the USP of this despicable company and every different company name they portray as!
worthwhile noting my 88 Year old mother is being harrassed by other companies attempting to exploit our older generation and there is no doubt in my min that 'Joes Doors' have sold her information as an 'easy target' ? stay clear people ! stay VERY clear …
In response to the reply to the above!
Check your CS phone and email records as there are many many instances of both where I and my mother called to raise our concerns and were simply told that as she’s signed a contract, she was bound by the terms …..no cooling off period! You have all the records to investigate yourselves JoesDoors but very much doubt you will conduct any form of internal enquiry!

New kitchen over the moon.....what a difference it makes thank you to the team
My parents recently ordered quartz…
My parents recently ordered quartz worktops from this company and paid almost 4k .. instead of sending full pieces as ordered with the joints being where herself and the surveyor had agreed instead they sent pieces they already had and tried to fob off my parents with joints that were unacceptable, this resulted in the work being done again and my mum being inconvenienced both with time wasted and also materials in her way for a further 10 days later to rectify their mistake .. then has the cheek to leave all their rubbish used on this job in my mums garden that she could very well have fallen over .. when rang a week later they said well we can come in a week .. a week is not good enough as rubbish & waste should be removed from a job immediately as would any good workman but not this company.. instead my mum paid for this to be removed herself .. Luckily my mum will not be coined off by poor workmanship because they certainly did try their best to do just that

Very happy with my workstops makes such a difference to my kitchen. Workers were clean and tidy. Respected my busy home and polite. Highly recommend!
I originally gave this company a 4⭐️ now 2⭐️
I originally gave this company a 4⭐️, but problems are surfacing about 18 months since fitted.
My Mother paid over£6k for a few doors to be replaced and new worktops placed over the old ones, along with new sink and taps.
The latest issue we have had has led me to write this review again…..
My Mother has had a serious leak from the tap area that has ruined the kitchen flooring and carcass of the sink unit due to what looks like poor workmanship on the fitting of the taps. As you can see in the photos, (can’t add photos) the pins are too long and have been rubbing on the protective flexible leads which have split … also the tap has a requirement of 50mm diameter hole to allow flexibility and correct fitting, Mothers is 35 mm with very rough edges which have been widened by a drill bit I would guess… I know have to brain a new tap, pipes and figments to correct a job that we paid £700 fitment charge for.
NO Recommendation from us.

Avoid if you value your sanity
My parents had wanted to renovate their kitchen for years. After carefully saving and arranging the necessary finance, they decided to put their trust in this company.
From the very beginning, the installation was unacceptable. The fitter left the house in a mess, even cutting cupboards inside our kitchen while using nothing more than a towel to catch the debris. After being specifically asked not to do this, he returned to carry out remedial work and did exactly the same thing again. The quality of the installation itself was poor: several doors didn’t fit correctly, others weren’t delivered at all, and sawdust was left throughout the house, damaging our stair carpet (therefore had to be ripped up and thrown). We raised these issues immediately, yet none of us were satisfied with the outcome.
The workmanship is disappointing, but our biggest issue has actually been the customer service. My mum has spent weeks worrying about this kitchen and has been left to chase the company constantly. Every concern she raises is treated as though it’s insignificant, despite the company itself agreeing that remedial work was required. By definition, remedial work is carried out to fix or improve something that is lacking—and that perfectly sums up this installation.
What has made this experience so frustrating is not just the poor standard of work, but the complete lack of care shown towards us as customers. A kitchen is a major investment, and my parents were promised a high-quality product and professional service. Instead, they’ve been left stressed, disappointed, and dealing with issues that should never have existed in the first place.
The lasting impression isn’t just the poor installation—it’s the shameful customer service. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Their response to my review is they can’t tell who I am. This tells you one thing, they are doing this at most jobs.

My new cooker hood was installed…
My new cooker hood was installed despite a big hole above it that had been found when the old one was removed. The company offered to take it down and put it back up to ebable the plastering to be done above it if i paid them 300 pounds.I refused to pay this as they should not have put it up knowing it would have to come down for the plastering to be done.I could not leave a big hole above the new smart cooker hood spoiling the look of my kitchen makeover and had to employ 2 men to come and take it down and do the plastering needed and reinstall the hood. More kitchen mayhem and expense for me a pensioner.
