i've been purchasing from jobananas since 2022; competitive price point, fast service, and reliable quality.

i've had several product queries over these years, and had a shipping issue with my most recent order; excellent customer service every single time from David, really quick responses that immediately put things right.

Ordered something over a month ago, still not arrived to UK. Emailed asking about it and was just told to wait longer. Will not be buying from here again. Still don't have my item, don't expect it to come anymore.

Jobananas has recently moved to Cyprus, there was a big delay in shipping despite several emails, and then there was unexpected excise duty to pay. This makes buying from the company in the future unviable.

Have made a few purchases and the quality of the items are always flawless, exceptional customer service, and super fast delivery.

Ordered 3 items from them,first time using. Items arrived quickly but unfortunately 1 item was damaged,,I phoned up and got answered immediately the man I spoke to was very helpful and sent me a replacement no fuss,arrived few days later. Would definitely recommend . Clive

I can only wear titanium and they have a good selection available.
I have been buying from here for years and years and I’ve never once been disappointed.
They always come on time and as expected.
I couldn’t ask for more. 110% satisfied every single time.

Quality jewellery at a good price. I had some issue initially with a missing piece from my order, but that was quickly resolved.

I don't often write reviews (although I often use TrustPilot) but my recent experience with JoBananas.com was outstanding (esp in comparison to a number of other suppliers). First time using the site, ordered 3 earrings. The order came v quickly and well packaged. But one of the earrings was missing. I called up, immediately spoke to an actual human being (no robo-system or being put on hold for hours) and, without quibbling, was offered a replacement - which arrived the next day!

Made 3 seperate orders from this store over the past few months, very happy with the quality and variety of jewelery.

Has a great stock of hard to find sizes (in US) particularly 7-10 mm, US ga 1 0 01/2 and )) in titanium. Customer service reponse is fast and great. M.Aterials ordered have been perfect

Ohh, I love JoBananas. Their shipping is always super fast and their selection is fantastic! I always struggle to find pretty jewellery in 1.6mm guage, but I can always find something here!

Customer service was excellent. I adore the build-a-bar option, and when a part I'd wanted wasn't available, Jo worked with me to find something that was just as good as a replacement. I'll certainly be buying more from JoBananas in the future. The range is excellent, I adore the titanium colour options, and delivery is quick and secure.

I made a build your own bar for an Indistrial piercing and I bought an adorable bee honeycomb bar. I was an international order and had some issues with the postal service (on my country’s behalf) and she offered to send me a duplicate order! I told her that I Wally’s wait it out and when they arrived they were gorgeous and amazing quality!! Will definitely order again.

Only recently discovered Jobananas and so glad I did! The build your own barbell is a great idea, as is the Screwbidoo belly bar. I'm very happy with everything I've ordered from them and like the other reviewer said, they have a good selection of belly bars in the 6mm size (most sites only stock the standard 10mm which is far too long for my piercing).
Their prices are reasonable, quality of the jewellery is good and delivery is fast. I'm sure I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

I recently ordered body jewellery from this website for the first time and I will definitely be shopping with them again! Love the range of jewellery available and there are some really quirky pieces that I haven't seen anywhere else. I also thought things were fairly priced and delivery was very quick :)
