Please steer clear of this site! I ordered a pair of good quality walking boots and received a pair of Chinese poor quality walking boots (unboxed from China), the only thing that's right is the size.
I have been in touch with my credit card to raise a claim, hopefully this will prove successful.

Scammers! They take your money and rip you off. If you have been caught out there are two options. 1. If you used a credit card to pay them then your credit card company will be jointly liable and will refund you. 2. If you paid by debit card then contact your bank, ask to speak to the disputes team and tell them what has happened and you want the cash refunded by the "Chargeback Scheme" It's very easy to do and you should win as I did using method 2. You have to wait 30 days from when you placed your order and you have a 120 day time limit. Don't let them get away with it.
The same thing happened to me. I got some football boots, instead of an athletic shoes. In a plastic bag, without a box and also the right boot has nothing to do with the left.
