Rings of beauty

I have had two rings from joancee bought 12 months apart.. they have both been absolutely beautiful.. better even than the pictures shown.. I struggle to get large sizes and so this is the company for me ..

JUST THIEVES WITH A CHECKOUT PAGE

This company is an absolute disgrace. Joancee Jewellery is not just unprofessional — they are scammers. I placed an order expecting delivery in 3–5 business days, as clearly stated on their website. No mention of any processing delay, no warning of extended wait times. But when the item didn’t show up, I reached out to cancel.

What did they do? They suddenly threw a so-called “cancellation policy” at me — something that was NEVER shown or available at checkout or anywhere on their site — and told me I would only get 50% of my money back. That’s right — they kept HALF my money for something they failed to deliver on time.

This is theft, plain and simple. They hide their made-up policies, lie about shipping times, and then penalize you for their failure. A legitimate company doesn’t make up rules after the fact to rob customers. These people are dishonest, unethical, and operating on shady practices that border on fraud.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. Save yourself the frustration, the lost money, and the lies. They are not a real brand you can rely on — just thieves with a checkout page.

Just very bad

Just very bad. They say 60 day return but the like to there return page is broken. There is also a section that says that most items are not eligible for return.

I ordered a ring and i didnt get it

I ordered a ring and i didnt get it, I went to the post office and I was told the item has been returned to the sender. I tracked it and it says the sender has it, till now I am asking for a refund and they've refused to refund my money.

I have sent an email

I have sent an email, Facebook message and an Instagram DM requesting to cancel my order and refund my order with immediate effect due to my login stating i have no orders placed, after placing an order worth 98 euro on 12th june. No reply from any of their platforms. Please get in touch with me in some form as soon as possible or I will take legal action. I have already reported this to the EU consumer rights. No tracking, no order information when I log into my account.

JOANCEE UK ARE SCAMMERS

If I could leave less than 1 star, I will. Disgusting scam of a company. I will personally go on a campaign against them. Thieves and scammers, it can never be well with you. Idiotic company with no support online. Refund my money now, idiots

Avoid this company at all cost orderd a ring in early March paid for expedited deliverystill not got despite 21 emails to the company raised a dispute they sent a response saying goods was sent out on 22 of march signed for on31 of march despite them sending me several emails on 24 of march saying items still in making be 7 to 10 days before delivery and also in early April saying cancel dispute we will issue a refund absolute scam of a company still waiting for response to dispute from bank

Rating 5 star because your reviews deserve to be a bit higher.
I struggled to find rings that fit because size w isn’t really tended to with jewellers I think I paid 20 pounds more for a larger fit.
Nevertheless I ordered April 15th and got my rind today. It was PERFECT.
Worth the price, came in a beautiful two compartment box and in expected timing. Tracking was unavailable for a few days and I began to get worried but once with post office it came online and was delivered two days after they received and processed it.
My ring is so beautiful it looks exactly like pictures, I have no single complaint.
I will update on longevity of it after a month.

Why am I being scammed for something I never received, just send a replacement, and good will for messing me around of full refund, not difficult

SCAMMERS, fake tracking numbers, fake reviews on their site, CHARGEBACK EVERYONE!

like the last review said, FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS is how theyre trying to cover thmselves to refrain from chargebcks so do not pay with paypal, only with bank- so you can claim it back.

they sent me a tracking number which led to my city, but it ws being held in the localcity hub because what i think they do is write the address partially incorrect so it gets 'lost' and stuck in transit so it looks like its not their fault, all while, if yu actually recieved the thing they sent with the tracking numnbr its just an empty box used to send out not your actual ring.

as soon as they knew i was gonna chargeback they sent that 'fake' parcel/number out asap and it says it tkes weeks to ship but within 1 week they had sent the tracking because i realise it was a scam the same day i ordered like an idiot, just two hours too late.

i'm filing a chargeback with my bank. and i'm going to be posting to my accont of 35k followers so i hope it hurts them a little.

REPLY: you’re all useless. You will give me the same email about how the tracking number is valid and that it says that it’s in my city and that I should call Royal mail and that it’s not your problem. Do you think I was born yesterday? Trust me, I’m not proud of it, but I’ve got the mind of a liar and a scammer too sometimes I would do the exact same thing and send an empty box to the same city but do the address a little tiny bit wrong so that it doesn’t get delivered to their door so it looks like as if the boxes it’s been delivered and then you’ve got the tracking code to show Stripe/PayPal But you won’t get away with this with me. I can promise you I swear to Allah.

If it looks like a scam...

If it looks like a scam, feels like a scam, and quacks like a duck... it’s probably Joancee UK.

There are far too many red flags with this company. The internet is littered with reviews describing missing orders, fake tracking numbers, and non-existent customer service—and I’ve experienced it firsthand.

From the moment I placed my order, something felt off. The tracking number they gave me led nowhere, and their customer service? Practically non-existent. No real help, no accountability, and absolutely no care given.

I’m not even sure what the scam is exactly—because some people claim they received their items—but honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me if those reviews were fabricated.

Avoid Joancee at all costs.

After placing an order and reading other people review I was very apprehensive. But I honestly have to say I cannot find any fault with this company. My ring arrive, and is beautiful.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered a ring on 14th feb then tried to cancel on the same day after reading the reviews after purchasing. Obviously fobbed me off so waited it out. Now been a month and the tracking they provided says waiting to be collected by courier. Last email I got they said they'd look into it but heard nothing since. Missed the date I wanted to propose on now aswell. Thankfully my banks refunded me. Absolute joke of a company avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered a ring and was sent tracking details when tracking it got to Heathrow airport, and then was never to be sèen again, when contacting joancee.co.uk I got a reply they would look into this and now do not respond to any of my messages.
Asked to send a replacement or return my money, but still they ignore my messages.

think i've been scammed

Ordered a ring on 15th Feb & it finally arrived today so i thought....upon opening the package i found no ring box or ring where it should've been & weirdly the package had brown tape on it, so someone had obviously opened it & stolen what was inside !!

Time wasters iv tried getting .y money back and raised a dispute they said to me on 3rd march to close the dispute then they can send item or refund but then trying to tell my bank dispute that they had sent it on 10th february they are scammmers and liars and I will get my money back...

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! Do not purchase from them. I placed an order and did not even get a confirmation email. I tried contacting them on a number of occasions and received no reply.
My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
