We were very impressed from the moment Rick came to provide our quote. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and highly professional, which gave us confidence from the outset. We decided to go ahead with replacing most of our windows, along with our front door and porch.
The quote arrived promptly and was very competitive compared to others we had received. Once we chose Jleaf, Rick quickly arranged for a survey, allowing us to finalise everything without delay.
The installation team were excellent—courteous, respectful of our home, and diligent about leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. The work was completed over four days, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result.
We would happily recommend Jleaf to others.

From start to finish this has been a brilliant project. We got a one to chat with Rick Robinson, who explained the benefits of the new conservatory and guardian roof. We were supplied CAD drawings, and the price was very competitive. The work undertaken by the fitters was excellent also. They were on time every day, and a special mention to Chris, who i have to say was superb. Very approachable, on time, and even stayed later on a couple of occasions to get the work done. I can't thank them enough for all the work. I would recommend JLeaf to anyone. Thanks Rick and the team, a brilliant job all round. Took less than a week which is unreal.

I cannot rate J Leaf any higher they have been excellent, they listened to me and went over and above to ensure I was happy with my new porch. They even cleaned off some plastering marks that were left by another supplier that I couldn't get cleaned off. My porch looks like brand new. Excellent company would recommend 100%

We have used JLeaf prior to our door installation to reinstate a small under-stairs window and had no hesitation in using them again. The house is almost 100 years old and I'd be lying if I said everything went smoothly and to plan. The owner visited on several occasions to explain in person what would happen next (they are very local, to be fair!), but it was the commitment, response times and the willingness to ensure that the job was completed correctly and to our satisfaction that ticked the boxes for us. We now have a beautiful and secure door.

It didn't start well, as the first door had been manufactured wrongly, but it was rectified within a couple of weeks. We are completely satisfied with the end result. A fine example of handling an initially dissatisfied customer.

Let Me Start With Mr Rick. He is an absolute Brilliant Person to deal with. In fact all the other staff members (Debbie & Melissa) in his team/Company (jLeaf.co.uk) were very helpful. Mr Chris who installed the Conservatory Roof was Brilliant in all respects. He was methodical, precise and totally dedicated to his work. I have dealt with many Company's in my last 26 years of working life in matters of Repairs & Renewals and have never come across to a Company as good as this one. Job was started in August 2023, To build a Porch and ramp for a disabled lady, Started well but then would not see people for days/Weeks, Was still half done by October of that year, We have pics of our pumpkins on a half finished wall!, The contractor always blamed the weather, But we watched as neighbours had full extensions done by proper companies in the time it was taking us to get a porch and a ramp.
We always got the impression they had bigger jobs elsewhere so we were always an afterthought. After 2 attempts they got a passable surface for the ramp but it looked scruffy, but they told us it would have a better finish on the top layer, After more weeks of no contact in May 2024 a man turned up in a van and painted the ramp,again it looked scruffy but by then we had given up with Jleaf, I slipped on this new surface when dry and the paperboy slips when wet. We again reluctantly contacted Jleaf and was told by the owner he would check with the paint manufacturers that it was anti slip! Rather than take a customers word for it ( we had ring doorbell footage!) 2 men arrived in July and one told us it didn't look slippy and the other disagreed so they said they would be back, That was July, We have just been extra carefull and saving up for a proper company to sort out the ramp surface before winter. We are now leaving this review as our niece slipped on the ramp and ended up in A&E. And in the vain hope we might receive the guarentee for the building work incase we ever sold the house, although we doubt any guarentee from them is worth the paper it is written on. And have no confidence in Jleaf so will not let them anywhere near our property, We note if you leave them a poor review they always respond in a manner which turns the blame on the customer. So i'm sure they'll have something to say, So we won't be reading it, I've seen they do some good work but we notice we never saw our Porch and ramp being shown off on their Facebook page with their other work, which speaks volumes.

Absolutely recommended from the initial enquiry there was no obligation to purchase. There was a choice of locks which was an issue with other providers and the door itself completely exceeded my expectations. The fitters were efficient and tidy.

Had a window replaced on my landing. Window fitted effectively and team that came round were personable and worked efficiently on the day.

Clean up post window fitting not good - chipped the window sill and left broken glass in the carpet, need to work on finishes touches.

However, the customer experience was immensely disappointing. It took months and months to get fitted. I had to constantly send chaser emails to understand why It was so delayed. There was no proactive communication or care given to me as a customer.
They had a problem with supplier making the window and didn’t really prioritise me as had other bigger jobs on.

I cannot praise and thank this lovely bunch of fellas enough for replacing my conservatory roof. From start to finish, they've been completely professional, efficient, helpful, friendly and polite, and totally transparent about all the work to be done and the cost. It looks even better than I imagined. I would fully recommend them to anyone. They were also so conscientious when it came to cleaning up afterwards. Thank you very very much JLeaf for such a fabulous job. I'd give more stars if I could! PS - any one-star rating is a completely nonsensical and wholly unjustified joke!

We had a new conservatory roof fitted and JLeaf were professional throughout. The fitters were very polite, worked well, turned up when they said they would and completed the job in good time, especially as the weather wasn't helping. They cleaned up at the end of the job and took all rubbish away with them. The new roof has really lifted the appearance of the conservatory, and we look forward to being able to use it more in the colder months. A trustworthy company and would happily use their services again. Thank you to Justin, Leigh and all the guys who did the fitting and plastering.

We would definitely recommend JLeaf Ltd. From the first visit for a quotation to the fitters who were excellent the process ran very smoothly to replace our windows and a new porch.

Lads were great at fitting. A bit fiddly with old windows but made it all good. My house is sooooo much warmer and quieter now!

Amazing company to deal with from start to finish! I cannot find anything at all to grumble about. Justin and Leigh deal with the quotes and surveys and do exactly what they say they’ll do on time with no fuss.
Today, Jerry and Kyle have installed lintels ready for the installation of two new doors and have gone above and beyond keeping me up to date with progress and then ensuring all areas had a thorough clean before leaving.
All lovely guys and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent service from a family run business.

I highly recommend JLeaf… they fitted a front door today and they were excellent from start to finish. Special mention to Karl and Louie who worked tirelessly throughout the day, cleared up after themselves and were top guys. Would rather support local businesses over the corporate door / glazing companies and I’ll definitely be using them again for my next home improvement.
