Great customer service
Great customer service. Very good with sanitizing and keeping customers safe whilst in the shop. Very friendly optician and felt valued and welcome in the shop. Would highly recommend

Eye test and choosing frames.
Very friendly staff, thorough, helpful and professional. Having had reading glasses previously the time had come for varifocals. So from the exam, retina photos to picking the correct frames for me the unbiased and helpful advice I recieved was second to none. Having used JK Options since 2016, I will definitely be using them again.

My first visit
This was my first visit and I was impressed .I was seen on time and treated in a professional, courteous manner. It was refreshing that was not subjected to pushy after sales.
