Excellent service
I've been ordering gaming related stuff from here since 2010 and I cant say anything bad about this company, ordering is easy, and customer help is good/fast. Returning your product(s) is never a hassle. 14 day return policy actually works in this place unlike in some other places..

Outstanding service
Everything went perfect. Ordered parts for a full PC with Jimms assembly service. Ordered on Thursday and got my PC and extra monitor Wednesday next week. Very impressed! Would recommend.

Still waiting for a shipping…
Still waiting for a shipping notification for my order... This is the second time now that I've ordered from Jimm's and they don't give any indication on the site or email confirmation that something I've ordered isn't in stock, so they just leave you wondering potentially for months before they tell you they couldn't stock the item you ordered. I remember I've had super positive experiences in the past so it's very frustrating every time I give another chance I seem to be unlucky. I just want my PC parts. Don't tell me there's 1-4 days shipping if it's not possible and don't say there's more than 25 in stock in the warehouse if it's not true. Nobody has even touched my order yet according to order status. I ordered Sunday, and there's 3 hours left in the work day now on Wednesday. So my item won't arrive tomorrow. Where is my stuff?
Edit: Well, my expectations are based on past experiences and what your website and email say. If I knew there were so many orders or that your estimates are wrong I wouldn't be annoyed that I planned around your estimates. But thanks for responding.
