We love Jiggy's

We are a day nursery in Faringodn Oxfordshire, and we have a visit form Jiggy Wrigglers every Wednesday, and we can't imagine ever not! Gill comes with so many props, toys and gadgets and music that gets us all dancing away!
The children adore it, the staff adore it and we just want to say what an incredible ball of energy Gill is and thnak you, for giving us such a brilliant morning every week.

No refunds for cancelling classes ever

Our child went to a number of sessions and we persisted to see if it was worthwhile but was so unsettled afterwards it just wasn’t for him. As classes booked up quickly we had future ones booked. Once they have your money they don’t give any refunds which is shocking as there might be so many reasons why you can’t attend with children. I get that there should be a time limit for refunds but to give nothing is shocking. I emailed through the enquiries email about how it wasn’t for our child and to ask about a refund for future classes. They didn’t even respond to my email, so be aware if you book future classes and can’t go your money is lost unless you want to book again or buy off their own shop. Really poor service

10/10 every time for Kat at Southampton west

Kat for Southampton west is absolutely amazing. She engages all of the children even the really small ones, always explains why we’re doing what we’re doing -what it is encouraging developmentally- and is all round such a fun class. We’ve been to a few different groups around but Jiggys is the one we will go to every week without fail! Kat is brilliant at what she does, I would recommend to anyone who’s on the fence about baby classes!

Poole venue

We have only been going to jiggly wrigglers for 2 weeks now but I'm so glad I took my nearly 3 month old boy! A friend recommended me to try the classes and it's been lovely. Lizzie is great with all the babies there and I can't wait until my boy is 4 months so him and his 2 year old sister can go to the classes together!! I would defo recommended this class to anyone looking to do sensory with their little ones and the price is great too!

Jiggy Wigglers - Kingswinford

We came along to the Halloween party and I just wanted to say thank you, it was lovely. You could really see how much effort you had gone to and the little touches with the gift was lovely!

Amazing class!!

Amazing class!!

I have been attending Jiggy wrigglers north Lanarkshire since my little girl was 3 months old and we both absolutely love the class. Emma is amazing with all the kids and I highly recommend people come try it out. As for the review stating that the mums attending were “sexist” this is simply not the case. When Emma went off on maternity leave the standard of the class was not what we were used to and I was not happy to be paying for a class where the leader paid more attention to his own child than interacting with everyone in the class. Classes became disorganised and just not as enjoyable as they had been. This is why we actually stopped attending until we knew Emma had returned. Also this issue clearly wasn’t “sexism” as when we first started attending Ian took classes and we thoroughly enjoyed these as did the other mums and kids.

10/10 for Jiggy Emma - North Lanarkshire

We have been attending jiggy wrigglers in north lanarkshire (bellshill & wishaw venues) weekly for the last 5 months and it very quickly became our favourite baby class!
My daughter adores it, and looks forward to seeing the amazing Jiggy Emma’s puppets every week.
Emma even ended her own well deserved maternity leave to make sure our babies could keep jiggying. It was very unfortunate that the temporary group leader didn’t work out and to see his negative review trying to ruin a local business is disturbing.
We’ve met the loveliest mum & baby friends through the class and some of my best maternity memories have been at jiggys. Would highly recommend it to anyone in NL.

North Lanarkshire branch is an absolute…

North Lanarkshire branch is an absolute joke. The management is not only unprofessional but shameful.

Firing an individual who has gone above and beyond the call of duty purely because their "friends" did not like a male working there and wanted their friend to run classes again. Not only were shameful and blatant lies told but the worker who had given 8 weeks of their time UNPAID was not approached to discuss matters and not even given the right to reply. This individual has a 1 year old son and relied on the income.

They had positive reviews and excellent feedback at the end of sessions.

The way he was treated was disgusting and I have never known a business to be managed in this way.

I know several people who were going to attend but will now avoid this company and others who did attend but no longer will.

It's a shame that the actions of management has led to an unnecessary loss of business.

The classes are not even anything special. They are basic classes and I am sure that there are other companies who offer more for the money.

Unfair Dismissal - Very Disappointed

This company allowed the unfair dismissal, with absolutely no warning, leaving a young father of a 1 year old without a job. Imagine allowing this sort of practice to happen in one of their franchises.

This type of situation should be avoided at all costs, and any organisation that allows this type of practice to happen should also be avoided.

I will not be back at any jiggy Wrigglers sessions with my son, especially not North Lanarkshire jiggy Wrigglers. Anyone I know will not attend jiggy Wrigglers either. It is an unfortunate and avoidable loss.

Many complains will be coming in, as making a young father jobless with no notice is unforgivable.

I believe that the women who attend these classes are simply sexist and didn't like having a male running the sessions. This is the only legitimate reason for any complaints to come in and whether this is admitted or not, it is very clear and obvious to see that this has been the case. Although I do not have proof that this is the reason he was fired, the positive reviews that other people had been sharing of him running the classes and witnessing firsthand the joy that running these classes brought him, the preparation that he took prior to each class, and practicing weekly with our son totally disproves a complaint of "being unorganised". Having pictures to prove that everything was set up as he was trained to shows that this complaint was not only false but damaged a young man's and his family's life.

I do not understand why you would not directly contact your brand new employee to discuss any concerns prior to dismissing them in such a horrific way. To collect the equipment and claim that you are "deep cleaning" everything, and don't even trust that you will get it back if you were to fire him first is utterly shameful, sly and sneaky.

I am genuinely very disappointed with my engagement with jiggy Wrigglers and I hope that head office have a good explanation for this.

Jiggy wrigglers Porchester Parish community centre

Natalie that runs the jiggy wrigglers in Porchester is brilliant. I go to the non-walker sessions and my baby loves it. She really engages the babies and very enthusiastic. My baby is learning so much from going. Can’t recommend attending Natalie’s session enough. I’ve been to similar sensory play sessions and in comparison are not nearly as good. The fact it’s pay as you go is even better rather than selling it as some kind of special course!! Love it!

Fun, upbeat toddler class

The sessions are really fun and upbeat. My toddler loves that he can join in with songs he knows and after a couple weeks of learning a new song I can see him get some excited to try the moves! The format is the same each week with bits in the middle changing each week. We really like the themed sessions a lot.
I love that I can have a much needed coffee at the end while he gets to play with others his age. It's a really nice, social class and I highly recommend.
I've been to sessions in Andover, Winchester and Basingstoke.

Speaking about the Andover branch

Speaking about the Andover branch, I have no experience of any others. It gets cancelled more than it’s on. Often with less than 30 minutes notice. I wouldn’t normally have written a review but this week made the situation worse, after cancelling the session with 17 minutes notice, (not sure there was any kind of personal emergency given that the session before and after still ran) she then decided to run a promotion where any new members could attend for 1 month for free. How about just running for those of us who have paid? I’ve been trying to use the same £5 credit for 6 weeks. It’s a joke and no way to run a business if you can even call it that.

Ridiculous

Ridiculous! My child was hit mutiple time’s with a wooden shaker by another child, I then told the other child his actions where naughty in a very calm manner. I was told afterward by the lady running the group not to tell others children off for hitting my child because this was a safe environment. Not safe for my child though clearly!

1 star too generous. Didn’t get back to us following a complaint made to the MD Katie Clunn. Their customer service is as good as the class itself. Save your money
