I have already ordered and the products are top! During delivery, a gift product broke and after writing them an email, the team was super responsive and adjusting the shot. Really great, I recommend.

Unfortunately I received 3 candles, and 2 of them has been broken during the transport (Germany to France). I noticed the problem to the client support, and they were super kind with me, and refunded my parcel for the two broken candles. I've been able to keep the broken candles and was not obligated to resend it, so I can still enjoy the nice perfume and the nice jewel. Thank you JewelCandle for the super customer service !

the scent of candles is always very pleasant. They take quite a long time to burn up. the jewel is in a small aluminum box, which is much more convenient than the aluminum foil of the first version. However, it is increasingly difficult to find candles that contain golden jewelry. I had some issues with the delivery and receipt of the package. I don't think it's from Jewel Candel themselves. if I can afford to make a proposal: I wish I had more golden jewelry inside the candles and bath balls. but above all do not change your prices, your candles are for me the best value for money !!
