I ordered a ring from Jeulia, I cancelled immediately, around an hour later after finding out they're poor quality and not real stones, they are classed as "Jeulia stones" basically coloured fake stones and they are based in China. I asked them to refund and they kept telling me it had gone into production and a 30% charge would apply. I asked them to prove this to me which they could not. So I told them I expect a refund, they then said there will be a 20% charge. Then I opened a dispute with PayPal. This has got their backs up and now telling me they cant refund me with a dispute against them open and to close it for my refund. Then they keep going quiet on me. I have uploaded these emails to my PayPal dispute case. I am not stupid, I know they can refund me with the case open, they're just out to scam people!

No replies to emails and my order was not sent after 3 weeks
I placed my order 3 weeks ago, for a gift that was meant to be for my upcoming 3 year anniversary with my partner. My anniversary is in a week and my order hasn't even been shipped yet! I have been trying to contact Jeulia both through their email, and also their form on their contact us page for over a week, and I do not get any replies or feedback. I am extremely disappointed and will strongly urge people to AVOID this website, the service is disgusting. Jeulia, make this right, because I ordered in a timely manner. This transaction has been nothing but stressful and frustrating.

After contacting them three times for return of the items and refund, they just ignore me probably waiting for 30 days return to pass. Customer support is basically not existing, there is no number to contact. Not to mention additional fees that you get to pay on a «free delivery». They are scammers!
