I wrote a negative review here some weeks ago and they responded with a promise to take care of my return and refund, weeks have gone by and again all my emails are being ignored, how utterly rude! I have ordered from Jeulia Jewelry about 6 times and have never been disappointed. I can’t tell you about their customer service because I’ve never had to call but, I believe my fellow peers when they have great things to say about it.
This order is for my engagement and wedding rings, I wanted emerald stones instead of diamonds and how excited I was to find that Jeulia allows you to customize your stones.
