Very disappointed with the care my cats received…
I just picked up both of my cats who had a 7 night stay at Jet Pet. I was feeling while I was away that they didn't have time for my kitties, I had to keep asking them to send photos and let me know how they were doing. I had to pull the information from them to tell me how they were doing and all I received was "they're doing well, they're eating". When I picked them up I was handed the remaining food, 3 cans of food which represented 3 meals. I portioned out exactly how many wet food meals they were going to receive and i got 3 of them back. That means they didn't get 3 meals. They have dry food as well and I received about half of that back, which I had also portioned out and told them about, so they didn't get much of this either. After being home about an hour both cats had diarrhea all over the bathroom floor because they didn't receive any fortiflora in their food. I had given exactly the amount they needed for the 8 days of being there. I will never leave my cats with them again. They were the worst. It has gotten new owners in the last couple of years and I was happy with them before because they really loved my cats, but this time, it was very blatant they didn't care.
