IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO WAIT DAYS FOR A MANAGERS ATTENTION
I used the self service pressure washer to wash my car and the machine malfunctioned and covered the car in concentrated soap rather than a soap and water mix.
This caused me to have to spend an additional £6 and ALOT OF TIME to tirelessly wash the concentrated soap off.
I spoke to the staff member inside and explained my situation to which I was told to come back two days later for a solution !?! I requested the staff member several times that there must be an alternative solution to having to come back and lose out on further time and money. The member of staff stated that he is under strict instructions not to “bother” management on weekends and that I would HAVE TO come back to the branch for a solution on Monday.
I find it totally unacceptable and very unprofessional for a company as big and reputable as JET to have no manager after 5pm on weekdays and none whatsoever on weekends.
