I have already said what went wrong. It has not changed. JET2 we're appalling. Staff rude, unhelpful. Hotel great, staff there great. JET2 ABSOLUTELY rubbish

Dirty hotel still here now me and my daughter had to sleep on sofa as bed wasn’t changed.found a bug in bed an lots of hairs on floor an in bed .toe nail clipping on floor .aparantly cleaned room but haven’t.got a deep clean of room an still hairs on floor wouldn’t recommend this 4.5 star hotel .got videos jet 2 arnt interested me an my 28 year old daughter had to sleep on sofa hope I can upload photos of dirty hotel an bugs

We had a great holiday overall. The accommodation and location were lovely, although it did feel a little expensive for what was on offer. That said, we really enjoyed our stay, and despite the price, it's somewhere we would happily return to in the future.

Everything was on time, the only blip was on our return, there wasnt a rep to meet as from the transfer bus at yge airport. Therefore was sat waiting for an hour, for the check in desk to come up, when the jet 2 desks were further round the airport and we could have checked in straight way.

Hotel lovely ,very clean ,water and tea and coffee replenished daily. View from the room wonderful. Food plentiful but a tad repetitive. Now down sides,most staff very good but some not. The man taking drinks in the evening ignored people a lot preferring to serve the people who were slipping him tips. All inclusive doesn't mean that you are served branded drinks only cheap alternatives,only branded for people who paid. The ice lollies were locked up in the fridge only tubs of ice cream were available. (This is the first all inclusive I have ever experienced this). Also there is not enough seating if you want to watch the evening shows,these were so so but like watching a talent contest. As for the town of San Augustin there is nothing there a Spar and a few shop selling souvenirs,lots of the shops are empty. There is a brilliant bus service in Gran Canaria,however, so quite easy to get around the island for a couple of euros. All in all I will visit again just not to this resort.

The overall experience from Airport checkin to flight transfers and rep at hotel was first class all employees very polite and professional.

All staff helpful and knowledgeable, be that at airport, transport pick ups and in resort rep. Seamless travel both ways. Not our first holiday with Jet2 and certainly not our last. Highly recommend.

Great holiday in a great hotel flight was as usal brilliant no complaints

I needed help to extend our stay … while the rep made no appearance at the allocated time and day at our hotel, I was able to message the Jet2 support team. They were incredibly helpful and I am so grateful for that. Only thing is it does take a long time for a response. The flight attendants were great during our flights. Very pleased with the service overall

Stunning location in Lake Garda, very good excursions also with jet2. Hotel was excellent, lovely rooms and the food was brilliant ( we went half board) we will defo be back.

Great travel company, hotel and resort one of the best we’ve visited in the Greek islands

I usually have a great experiences with Jet 2 but on our most recent holiday there was building work near the Hotel from 9am-6pm every day , so whilst sitting around the pool it was constant banging all day long. I reported this to jet 2 whilst on holiday but was told there was nothing they could do. I have tried to raise a complaint but you just can’t contact anyone. It wasn’t a relaxing holiday as expected and there should be somewhere for me to raise concerns.
