We would have bought a couple of items online elsewhere (tripod, battery) if it hadn't have been for the way the staff acted.

Shrewsbury Store - Went into the store with a problem with a camera that had been repaired by Jessops.
Despite being very busy, Michael looked into the matter very calmly, and called the service centre. The service centre agent guided Michael through a way of correcting the problem (the Service Centre had failed to take the cameral out of 'Service Mode.'
I wish to record the fact that Michael provided outstanding service and was very polite and understanding from the outset.
Michael should be given an award or recompense by the Management!

Excellent service from our local Shrewsbury branch. We went in to order a Sony camera and is happened to be Sony week where they were doing a deal on the camera we wanted. Max was extremely helpful and we would highly recommend Shrewsbury Jessops.

I recently part exchanged some camera gear in store in the Shrewsbury store. I’d been looking to change my gear for some time and had visited the store several times and Sam was incredibly helpful with showing me different cameras and offering useful advice. During the part exchange process Max was also really helpful and I felt that he valued me as a customer. It was a pleasure to be able to discuss everything with a team of people in store rather than online. I really appreciate all their efforts and I love my new gear.

It's a great store, the only 2 things I found slightly unprofessional is, the procedure, every customer should get a physical receipt, not only on email, after all, these gadgets can cost thousands of pounds, I think customers need better reassurance when they send/drop their items.

Well with my hand on my heart I can truly say the staff at Shrewsbury Mardol shop went above and beyond and back again. I lost my dad in August, and we wanted some pictures restored and some scanning and adding to disc, well to say this was an easy task is wasn't there were 183 photos ranging from early 1900's to 1980's and there were 4 to be restored one being a wedding photo that was taken 25/12/1909 and was so faded. Well a total mammoth task i left them in their capable hands knowing that this is not a 5 minute job so when I got a phone call 5 weeks later, remember we have had Christmas and new year as well, saying they were done, so I went in and collected my photos and wow I was speechless they are magicians the restored photos are like they were taken today. There are no words to say how truly greatful I am you have made my ancestors come to life again 117 years after the photo was taken

Huge thank you to Sam and Max in the Shrewsbury store who couldn't have been more helpful, kind and skilled. We were trying to get digital and physical copies of some precious photos and artwork for a family member, there were big challenges involved with both and they really went above and beyond on Sunday to help us come away with everything we needed. Feeling so lucky have a Jessops in our town and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Really helpful and well informed staff helped with choice of a gift. Although not available in store everything was arranged for delivery from the warehouse. Overall great customer focus.
