I ordered an oxtail meal and a curry…
I ordered an oxtail meal and a curry goat meal plus extra plantin and one festival. The Cury goat looked a day or two old, there was a piece of lamb chop in it. I found a piece of okra and ackee in the mix, one of my plantin had teeth marks on it and looked stail and under cooked, slightly cold to add to it. As for the oxtail didn't even look like how oxtail would normally come in the meal I ordered so I didn't even bother going through that one. I returned everything I ordered back to the store when I had the chance as its local to me. When I got the counter and explained my issue I was told to go through the uber eat app for a refund, still waiting on response. Wasn't my first time eating from this restaurant normally the service is satisfactory but today I must say it was atrocious. I spent almost £40 and nothing was even implied regarding compensation. This is my first review ever on anything. I was hungry and really looking forward to the meal I thought I ordered so you can only imagine my frustration.
