Don’t bother with Mr Wise… sounds like he’s smart, but he is misogynistic, sexist, rude guy, who puts in homebuyer report what he’s told by the seller without checking the info himself.
Don't waste money with this company or higher packages like level 2. You will pay more money but don't get more info about issues that you can find yourself, I have found a lot of wall cracks in the exterior and interior, drainage issues, heating issues, water pressure issues, boiler issues, and electricity issues I booked level 2 with these guys and in rapport not mention anything about this and don't found any issues at all.
