This seller claims to be based in the UK, but my order shipped from Guangzhou, China – a major red flag. The Zimmermann item I received is clearly counterfeit: poor quality and details don't match the authentic pieces. What's worse, the price wasn't even cheap – it was the same as a genuine Zimmermann on sale. So you're paying near-authentic prices for a fake. Don't be fooled by the UK-facing website. This is a scam selling counterfeit goods.
Delivery wasn’t quick had about two weeks
To wait and it did arrive looking like a dress from shein in a plastic bag with szS on it bearing in mind it’s a £850 Zimmerman dress
Did order to compare and tickets were different and sewn in labels on Zimmerman were gold these were not so tricky although everything else exactly
Would of like origin of dress and more info but emails are very limited
