My wonderful experience ……

I cannot explain how I feel after visiting the most exquisite showroom last Wednesday. I met Melinda, a beautiful woman inside and out who I’d been emailing before my planned visit. I had flown in from Portugal, where I live. I had seen this beautiful gown that I had convinced myself would be perfect as a wedding dress. On arrival with my 2 best friends and being offered refreshments and taken to a huge fitting room, the dress arrived. It was absolutely stunning and fitted like a glove. However, after trying on a second dress as recommended by Melinda I changed my mind. It was absolutely perfect and I said ‘yes to the dress’. I cannot wait to say ‘I do’ to the love of my life in Sorrento on the Almalfi coast. With a slight alteration by the delightful Viola I am collecting my gown in May. I will be so pleased to return.
Thank you for making me a very happy lady.
I would highly recommend Jenny Packham to anyone looking for something that extra bit special.

I ordered a Jenny Packhman 2021 gown for my Daughters wedding

I ordered a Jenny Packhman gown for my daughters wedding for October 2021. I preordered in March 2021, the Pre fall 2021 line through a retailer who sells her dresses. After months of waiting, way too long, finally received the gown in mid September. I had no choice but to buy it no time and had put down 50% (1500 US dollars) I brought it home realized the dress is made of polyester, embellishments were plastic and poorly constructed. I retailer had a no return policy. I contacted Jenny packham customer service, no answer, i contacted them through instagram the deleted my post. I will never shop her brand. POOR QUALITY. I believe they use cheap quality for regular customers and the "good stuff" for the royals!! NOT GOOD BUSINESS MODEL

An Jenny Packham engagement ring…

An Jenny Packham engagement ring purchased. It was made for me. Took 8 weeks to be made. Had it 10 days and the diamond fell out and was lost.
Was made poorly, badly put together. Holes where platinum should be.
I contact Jenny Packham customer service by sending them a heartfelt email about my experience with my Jenny Packham engagement ring and Goldsmiths who my fiance brought the ring from.
JENNY PACKHAM CUSTOMER SERVICE DIS NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY EMAIL!!! Instead they forwarded my email straight back to Goldsmiths.
I then contact Jenny Packham on Instagram, I explained again about my predicament. I also wanted for the woman herself to be aware at how customers were being treated. But unfortunately, all messages go to a person who must look after her accounts.
I was told someone would contact me from the customer service. But once again, noone did. I was again contacted from a member at Goldsmiths.
Unacceptable customer service. When you are spending a large amount of money on an engagement ring that is supposed to last forever you don't expect that the named brand will treat you so badly!
I had wanted to wear a Jenny Packham 'May' wedding dress, but that has been dashed now as I will never wear anything with her name on it unless I get an apology from the woman herself!

And even then, I still may not.

Just because the royals wear her clothes, doesn't mean you'll get good service!
