This site is awful! I order two things and they were both garbage! The quality was awful and it doesn't look anything like the pictures. It took over 2 months to ship. I am so unhappy with this company. When I emailed and said I wanted to return my items they said I couldn't unless something was really wrong with them. I should have pursued it further but I didn't have the energy. I basically threw $80 in the trash! Do not be fooled like I was by this awful scam of a company.

This company is HORRIBLE!!! I bought over $100 in dresses. It took over 4 months for the dresses to come. Very poor quality and doesn’t look like the pictures at ALL DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible customer service and there is NO RETURNS. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

This is a complete scam. My order took over 2.5 months to deliver. I received 3 outfits completely different from what I ordered. They are cheap silk material. One outfit has patches sewn and they were even cut correctly. They’re ugly patches too. Extremely disappointed. I spent over $113 on 3 outfits that look like I bought them at a $1 store.

Terrible customer service, even worse clothing. Don't waste your money! It is a scam.

I ordered over $200 in clothes first of May and have not received my items. When I enter my email and my order number on the Jenila tracking system it comes up as “an error”.
I believe this is a SCAM!!!!!!!
Do not order from them. There are just too many reputable places to shop that also have deep discounts these days.

Horrible Experience..I placed an order of over $100 in March and it is now June and I have not received my order or a refund. When emailing back and forth with their customer service team they were very rude, wouldn't send tracking OR a refund. This company is a scam and I am very disappointed with the experience.. Would not recommend to anyone!

They shipped my clothing to the completely wrong address (in another state) and will not refund.

This company is a scam!!!!! I ordered two outdoor; both came with no tags, looked nothing like the pictures, and both were supposed to be cotton and came in silk. I have sent over 8 messages in the past three weeks to return and no one has gotten back to me. I will never order again and I highly recommend not ordering. Also nothing came in the delivery bag besides the clothes thrown in, no order form, return slip, company contact info...nothing.

I would give negative stars if I could. These people are insane. They think that they can ship 1 out of 3 pieces of my order, but I should pay for all 3? The only way they'll give me my money back is if is ship the one item that actually came back to China? What a joke. No wonder they don't have a review option on their facebook account.

One of the typical websites using photos of designer clothes which then get replicated somewhere in China.
The two dresses I ordered (which weren't even cheap) looked absolutely nothing like they did on the photo. Extremely cheap quality, huge disappointment. Sending them back would cost more than the dresses are even worth, and after messaging them on facebook and via their website got no response.
Don't waste your money, buy something that actually looks nice, makes you happy & support your local businesses :)
