After being let down by another online company who kept delaying my order for a Kiddimoto cycle helmet, I decided to cancel and order with Jellyegg instead. The helmet was delivered within 3 days however it arrived with some scratches on the back of the helmet. I called Jellyegg who were very apologetic and was happy to refund or replace the helmet, however we discovered that it had been discontinued.... oh no!!
After I explained the hassle I had had with the last company, Jellyegg suggested a discount which I was more than happy with.... no quibble. 1 very satisfied mummy, 1 (finally) very happy little girl. Would definitely recommend for the personal customer service and fast delivery.
