Buyer beware, sales driven on hyped up value. Their definition of comp is a listing versus historical sales. Hyped up value and hidden flaws. Items are often damaged and ripped. Dealing with Jebwa is a nightmare as they have zero class and/or customer service skills. You kiss your mommy with that mouth?
I don't blame the sales team as they are part of a toxic sales culture cultivated by their leadership. Greed pure greed to sell trash on hyped up values. They should be ashamed of themselves. Beware of the smoke and mirrors, if they sell you something listed as $299, it's probably worth $50 and they make you feel like you got one over on them if you pay under $150. Trust me, $65 you still overpaid. You like old vintage and smelly bags? Jebwa is the place for you. You like to light your money on fire? Jebwa is the place for you. You like to be mistreated as a consumer? Jebwa is the place for you.
Christina is amazing, she goes over the bag in detail, which is very important when buying pre-loved bags. It is nice that she knows the customers and knows exactly what we like. JEBWA is my go to for unique pieces!

Horrible buyers experience.. .. I will not get into the full details.Because I don't know how I will be proceeding accordingly. You sent the card two months after the fact. Bag is not as described. Per your communication, Please send the correct return label with the correct insurance on bag so all these months later it can be returned. Please finally honor what you communicated to me and put the insurance on the return label for protection.
I sent you an email which you never responded to.

I started watching them a few months ago on their Poshmark lives. I noticed that they resell a lot of their bags for WAY over market value. I saw them resell a used versace jeans bag for $790 when it retails for $150 NEW, I was mind blown. I feel like a lot of their customers are a lot of older women that do not do their research and do not know how to difentiate between a main label and a sub brand of the label and belief they are getting a good deal.
I also noticed that they rely on mystery bags to sell their old inventory gaslighting the customer into thinking they are getting a good deal when in fact they are just getting rid of old inventory that nobody wants. They spend whole live shows begging people to bid on these overpriced mystery bags that are over $2000, wild that some of these ladies fall for it. Again a lot of these ladies do not do their research and think they are getting a good deal when the truth is they could go anywhere else and get it way cheaper.
Another issue that I have that I noticed is how they are making sales off the poshmark app. They ask for the buyers instagram then kiki the manager reaches out to them with a much better price because poshmark will not take the 20% cut. the hosts just say that kiki will put it in the closet and then they do the sale off the poshmark app.I have noticed that they do this with their biggest customers like KM, Ksmith, fashionmichelle and ciberian. surprised poshmark has not noticed cause they do it so often. or maybe they just do not care. I have reported them many times and this keeps happening so maybe poshmark just likes them because either way they make them alot of money, even though they are going against their policy.

They are truly nasty. I purchased a lot from them this past month and was sent broken items. Then when I pleaded for them to fix it they told me they weren’t. What type of respectful company treats there customers this way it’s truly disgusting. They are just greedy and only care about money. The only way they will be kind to you is if you spend hundreds of thousands, then you get a very different treatment. If your a person who only buys from them once or twice then good luck getting them to fix anything you have to be a jebwa favorite. It’s sad that posh allows them to do this to people and even more sadder that they do this! Terrible company! Can’t wait to share with my 2 mill followers. They got the right one this time 😘

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I purchased a Chanel from Jebwa during one of the live auctions. Not only was the bag selected (Chanel Chic Country Bowling Bag) a far lesser value that what I paid - purchased for $1.9K, currently reselling for $1.04K - it was received with GIANT RED X THROUGH THE CHANEL LOGO. My fault for purchasing through them - do your research folks!
Update: I got the bag which was in good shape. It did take a while for me to hear anything from vendor but I did get the bag.
Order placed, charged and no response from merchant. I ordered a bag and asked for a condition report before processing. Charge went through but no response. I have requested to cancel order. I have had no response. Online, the site looked legit so I didn't check reviews. I see this is a repeat issue now.
Those show bags on live and the way the light hits the back and the angles that they show make the bags/wallets to appear in better condition than they are. Also no returns. So I am stuck with a bag and wallet that are in far worse condition than stated and can’t resell them for the price I paid. Be weary.
I had to request an authentication card since I never received the original
Great communication! Updated me on steps for my item getting authenticated, shipping time, etc.
I bought 2 unbranded chains, 2 LV lock and key. Both chains pealed and started to tarnish with in 2 times wearing. Never in water and wiped with microfiber and stored in jewelry box. I emailed both emails addresses for Jebwa with invoice and pictures. I received 1 response asking for invoice and that was it. Very disappointed.
I would never buy from them again. The LV bag I received is in a very bad shape and I have to bring it to an LV store to change the handles and Leather trim. It would have been OK if the condition of the bag was honestly described during the Poshmark show but it was not. Basically a rip off and I don't advise anyone to buy from Jebwa.
I have not received my order neither received any correspondence from you regarding my inquiry???
You guys are awesome! Loved my purchase and I always love your energy 💜💜💜
Their items are actually higher then most stores. I was new when I purchased from them and thought I got a good deal but it was actually a rip. But that was a rookie mistake on my part. However, what frustrates me even more is that I’ve been asking for the COA for 2 months already and they still haven’t given it to me. Now they are not even responding anymore.
