Set of electric salt and pepper mills
I bought a set of electric salt and pepper mills. Worst kitchen item i have ever bought. The locking mechanism is appalling which means the base continually falling off when in use. The stainless steel body is already rusting too.

Enjoying using my pan.
No problem with delivery,prompt and well packaged.
The pan is great to use, very easy to clean, a soft cloth in soapy water is all that is required.
The silicone removable handles are a must.
I am enjoying using it.

Best pans ever! Will not disappoint.
I first purchased the regular size Whatever Pan because I couldn't find the XL pan. I had seen several videos on the pan and was anxious to order. I received my pan and immediately used it during the Fourth of July holiday because it was to windy to BBQ outdoors. Man, I cooked the most awesome looking thighs with the grill marks first on top of stove, then transferred to oven. The best tasting chicken ever. I then received an email for the purchase of the XL pan and immediately purchased. The pans cleans up really well. Only issue is the handles are extremely hot, even with silicon covers, but still worth the money. I like the lightweight of the pans. They grill vegetables well. These are my two go to pans. I tell everyone about these pan. So glad I bought these.

The Whatever Pan is built to work just as beautifully inside your oven as on your stove and is suitable for temperatures up to 250°C / 482°F. The glass lid is suitable for oven use up to 180°C / 350°F. However, the Silicone handles should not be placed in the oven. We recommend placing the pan in the oven without the handles and putting them on when you take the pan out. Similarly, when cooking on the stovetop, we recommend only placing the handles on the pan when grabbing it to stir, etc :) We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share a word about us. I really like the design,light weight…
I really like the design,light weight of the griddle pan .However I am unable/concerned about using it again as even with the handle protectors they are too hot to handle.A little disappointed as I have only used it 4 times.

Broken egg slicer, awaiting refund under 25 year guarantee
Bought an expensive egg slicer as fed up with cheaper ones breaking, initial view was great but the wires came loose quite quickly so cannot use. Requested a refund using the 25 year guarantee as I was originally told I had to return within 100 days, erm guarantee?? Was told refund would take up to 10 days, no refund and just written to query and was told they processed 10 days ago so I need to check again, feel they don't believe me, sent proof of evidence of my account and no refunds showing, awaiting a response. Have the cheek to send me the email saying I have looked at the egg slicer on the website and it's all ready for me to place my order, don't think so. It's not the refund as only £10 but the principle of the 25 year guarantee it is genuine or not? That's why I bought a few products in the first place but will think twice now.
