Unbelievably terrible service with…
Unbelievably terrible service with receiving twice in a row on two orders incorrect size, purchases of several hundreds of euroa. Same mistake twice cannot be by chance. When tried to return to customer service, no response. When tried to complete the return form in the internet it never went through and could not pay for it. Received different shoe size after long delivery time
Received different shoe size than ordered, but fortunately, it fits well.
There was no communication regarding arrival of goods for collection.
The delivery date exceeded the promised maximum lead time. When I visited the store and asked to check status, learned that shoes were already arrived, while due to problem in mailing system, there was no communication, which I did not like.
If Jdsports team already knew about the technical glitch, there should be an attempt to reach customer by alternate ways...Calling the Phone, SMS or something else...Notification received many days after I received delivery.
