Online jd Finland shpping
Buying from online jd Finland is a joke. I ordered adidas original U path three times and It got cancelled every time. Also I didn’t receive any notification. When I enquired about the order, they said it cancelled long time ago. Now they are suggesting order again but the product is stocked out. I ordered on 27/06/2023. They cancelled on 30th. I talked with them yesterday about the order they said cancelled. Previously, I bought some products online from jd Ireland. They are really nice but jd Finland is incapable of service.

Incomplete and missing package
I ordered 3 quantity (1 adidas t-shirt,1 jordan short and 1 jordan jogging pants) then i only received 2 quantity,the jordan short was missing,i already emailed to JD but until now i don't have any responce receive.i experince this last april 28 when my packaged received.. Cancelled order without notification
Cancelled order without notification, but returned money promptly from which 2 stars. Claimed that the product was not in storage, but the same product was still being sold in their web-page - two weeks after being run out! High volume product being purchased with discount code, and "no stock" - while still being sold via the same page, makes it looks like that they rather cancel the order (without notifying customer) than give away the product with discounted price.

i purchased the same shoes 2 times and 2 times my order got cancelled. i received a refund but no explanation what happened. when i sent 2 messages asking for explanations both were not replied. you should definately improve your customer service
