Useless assistant
Went to local store to buy item not knowing it was ONLY available on line. Looked around store to no avail. Asked assistant for help; he was totally useless.
“I don’t work in textiles”. Surely an assistant should know which products are sold in his/ her store!

Ordered a gym set
Ordered a gym set. The shorts turned up and the t shirt was robbed as they were being delivered in 2 separate parcels. Jd won’t send a replacement or a refund

where is my parcel
The tracking previously showed the parcel as delivered, but I did not receive it. It was later shown as out for delivery again and then marked as unable to deliver.
I have personally checked with my University of Essex accommodation reception, and they confirmed that they have not received the parcel.
