I ordered a coat for my husbands birthday on 28.10.21
from Millets.I haven't heard off them at all I have sent 2 messages but still no response.

It has been a week since I received your shipping reply, but my item is still in the UK and has not yet arrived.

And one more thing I bought from your online store is that it's still stuck and not moving in the UK.

How can I keep buying your products with this delivery service?

I placed a order and never received it I then tried to email and got no response i then did this online complaint and got told to use the reference number 10011438 and my order number for the exact same outcome I had in the first place this whole website and reporting system is nothing but a scam!!!!!!!
I either want a refund or my items

I refer to Trust Pilot review of Go Outdoors, Edinburgh , 10011184.
My comment referred to the headline offer on the reopening of this remodelled store. Literature coming through the door and inshore headlines announced "further 15% discounts from all departments' for all Go Outdoors card-carrying customers, However, there were very strict terms and conditions that applied to this offer that were very difficult to locate and contradicted the headline in many instances. Again, I would register mistrust in this form of headline labelling and advocate a more transparent form of practice/

I placed an order 5th October still haven’t received it order number 313707178 reference number 10011117

When I opened my order I had collected from jd at Wigan, one of the items was incorrect. I rang customer service and they said I had to take it back to the shop and that they would refund me or order the item again and give me a gift card as a goodwill gesture. When I took the item back they couldn't do that all they could do was send the incorrect item back and ask for a refund, I would have to reorder the item again, they also said they couldn't give me a gift card I would have to ring customer service again to sort that out. This was the Cambridge store.Go Outdoors

My wife and I was shopping for waterproof hi viz jackets for when we cycle to work.
We really liked the dare 2 b jacket which was hanging up with a price tag of £22.50 each we thought that was a good price. I am in my 60s so brand names dont mean much to me.We tried them on and took them down to the till. When they was scanned the bill was £100 pound.My wife said that's not right we told the young lady they are marked up £22.50 she got on the walkie talkie and asked someone to check. I also went upstairs to check myself and was told that price is for a t shirt which I couldn't see but there was one right at the back. There was at least 6/7 jackets in front of it. I turned round to them and asked why they up there with no price displayed for the jackets. I was not impressed I told them not to worry I don't want them for that price. I told my wife not to worry with the purchase of the cycle helmet and I stormed out.
The reason I was upset that I didn't get what I wanted and was annoyed as some staff looked pretty bored as they have nothing to do. I personally would make sure that the pricing was present with the stock.

You replayed to my review and asked to quote ref #10009778. I had orded a coat online when I received it it still had alarm attached. When I took it back to the shop the alarms starting going off, but staff ere helpful when i explained what had happened.

I placed an order on the 5/10/21 for a pair of trainer order Num 485333531 ref#10009015 11 Alamein drive cw7 1dr. Still haven’t received my trainer order even despite Hermes saying they were expecting my package

(#10007149)I brought a coat and brought next day delivery, I was told it will be delivered by the next day, I waited in for the next five days and got extremely frustrated by which time the coat was replaced but i wasn't offered any of my next day delivery cost back or offered any form of compensation for the fact I had to wait in on a delivery for 5 days, I am a regular customer to jd sports online and I feel this is unacceptable.
