I got a car from byrider had it 3 months it was down for two and a half months took 2 weeks to get in for a cooler problem supposedly it was fixed got the vehicle back went to take my kids to the park at 11:00 coolant lines blue in the car took me in my family to 12:30 at night to get home from Bay road to Sheridan sent it back in they told me I would have to pay to get it towed I told them I could not afford it and would not they told the car supposedly it was fixed got the vehicle back was charged for parts put on that was supposed to be covered then I was told that yes they charged me for parts that should have been covered have the vehicle now the vehicle is still running hot I have blue three fuses that I had to buy because it keeps running hot I was told to send it back in and was still being charged for parts that I wasn't supposed to be charged for in the contract that I signed try to leave a review was not giving a link to leave a review so I'm going on every site to leave a review Steve is a good salesman but by writer is a scam the cars that you get from here will only last for so long the service they provide is to fix something and break something else so you can bring it back in and then they charge you and say it's not a part of your contract which in my case the parts don't cover lubricated engine parts the parts they put on was not lubricated engine parts not only that what they was supposed to fix they didn't the car still running hot I have took pictures and videos to upload and buy Rider will not let me upload the comments that I did put on you do not see on their reviews other than my first day buying experience with Steve if you're looking for a quick car it's good if you choose to get it and have your maintenance done by another shop other than byrider

I'm very sick my bank account was hacked last Friday, so I'm waiting on a new debit card. Called and made a $157 payment yesterday, explained my situation and they wanted 16 more dollars, told me to ask my family or a friend to pay it so my account wasn't delinquent and my car wasn't repoed, for what 16 dollars?!?! This finance company is very rude and unsympathetic, STAY AWAY!!!!

Cars not worth it 2 car least then 2 months. They threaten u n take the cars wherever it sets they left wife 1300 away from home

Great staff. Always very pleasant. Josh with auto service was great keeping me informed regarding my vehicles 3 day repair. Only issue, I was told no loaner cars available with this company while vehicle is being serviced. I'm hoping I don't need another repair anytime soon being that I work 40 minutes from home. Number one reason I pay my car note is to get to work everyday.
