IKEA, stop having contract with them
I had a terrible experience with this delivery service. I scheduled my IKEA delivery for Saturday, and even though the driver was close to my house, they left without contacting me. I immediately received a 'delivery failed due to unexpected reason' notification. It has now been several weeks; IKEA redirects me to the delivery company, and the delivery company ignores all my messages. I still haven't received my order. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

My complaint is about the JCL company…
My complaint is about the JCL company that delivery person was not pleasant, and he wouldn't let me check the paper to sign it and just wanted me to sign it without reading and reviewing the item if they were all delivered correctly. Moreover, he kept shouting and saying he wanted to leave and that he would take all the things with him again if I didn't sign without reading the paper. He also wanted me to carry the products with him. And he kept complaining that I was living on the second floor.
